They charge the customer $11.95 per delivery and in this case they paid me only $2.25. ShopRite keeps $9.70 of the driver's profit. It's unfair to have to deliver 60 items to a house for a pittance of $2.25.

I have been shopping at ShopRite for years. Nothing is perfect today. But things that go on at the store in Bethlehem have me thinking about driving to another one. Tired of the rude employees. Tired of shelves not stocked properly. Produce is terrible. Milk never makes it to the expiration date last one had 7 days left and went south. Let’s have meat on sale and have a 5 lb limit but only make 3 lb packs. Offer digital coupons and not have them active at the stores. Have complained numerous occasions and instead of just fixing the issues you offer gift cards. Not the point. Fix it.

A good grocery store. It's always busy whenever I go there. They have plenty of staff who are extremely helpful. It's very well stocked with whatever items are on sale for that week.

I love this store! Has so many different items. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Lots of cooked foods and prepared items for the non cook. Pretty fast check out

I have been getting birthday cakes for my girls from the express order online every year since their first birthday. They are now 8 and 6 and let me tell you, every year people come just for the cake! But this year, your team did something so special and so beyond it brought tears to my eyes. As anyone who uses express order knows, there aren't ton of options for decorating. I usually just spruce it up with a cake topper or something. It doesn't matter the cake is so good we don't really care what it looks like so I always tell the bakers to let their creativity flow. Who ever did this cake, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made our girls birthday so special this year! Everyone raved about how beautiful and delicious it was! Amazing job!

I really love this ShopRite. They have a great selection, but it’s the people who make it great. I can’t tell you how many times the Meat dept has dropped what they’re doing to get something in the back for me, or left an order for me upfront to pick up after work. One day a guy spent almost 10 minutes helping me find miso paste: he didn’t give up and was very good-natured about the whole thing. Another time, a guy made sure I got real ice cream instead of that “frozen dairy” garbage and averted a huge crisis!!! They have a lot of self-service registers but the employees are always there to help. My favorite person by far, however, is Nang in the sushi department. Her sushi is absolutely excellent, fresh, the rice always perfect, and she’ll whip up anything you’d like if it’s not out on the shelf. She says hello to me with a huge smile whenever she sees me, and she has made my grandmother’s move to PA (she’s originally from Japan) so much easier. She put together the most amazing sushi tray for us over the holidays, which everyone loved. Thank you, Nang!

My rating of ShopRite was a 5... Then they added several more self checkout areas and they don't seem to have the same cashiers as before half of the time. (I am seeing some of the best cashiers around the store doing rather random seeming tasks- why aren't they on the handful of open registers (rather than kids who don't seem to know how to bag groceries)? I shop with the expectation that all of my groceries will be bagged securely by someone being paid to do so. Maybe that's old fashioned, but I'm the customer. (For now, anyway...I feel like that could easily change in the future.) On top of adding an absurd amount of self-checkouts, they seem to be getting 'sponsored' order separators... Not a problem if it's small and just printed on the standard size order dividers... but these are obnoxious. I understand that these things (self-checkouts, order divider's) help cut costs- particularly the self-checkouts- however, I started shopping here because I liked the experience. Now I need to wait longer for poorer service. I can get that elsewhere, thanks.
