Open Late with a good selection, this ShopRite has become a staple in the Nicetown community. While the parking lot is a madhouse at best, the staff keeps things moving and stocked so you can grab and get going quickly.

Very well stocked, lots of options & clean. I’m sure not all employees are rude but I encountered a very grumpy cashier lady. 🥷🏾 There are always a lot of people there so it’s easy to get stressed and overstimulated.

I've been shopping at this location for a couple of years now and only had 2 issues with my past 2 orders, but I was compensated and appreciated as a loyal customer by the online orders manager NIA. She helped me with my issues, was very helpful, professional and understanding, even went out of her way to make sure I got my full order and make sure I wasn't missing any items by shopping her self on my behalf. Thank you so much NIA for your help and patience, my family and I appreciate and are thankful.

A employee at the self checkout, named Kylisha, black female, look around 40 years of age, long black dreadlocks, heavy built, short. was extremely aggressive when I asked for assistance to the point she snapped out on me for just asking for help. Who I'm assuming was the manager had to step in to complete my transaction. I simply went to shoprite to buy some food, not get attacked or to be a byproduct of someone letting off steam. Lookout for this employee, very rude.

Been coming here to do groceries and the employees are just the rudest I've ever encountered at a ShopRite. Every time I'm looking for an item that they don't have readily available or is on the top shelves I always get hit with the "this not my department" or there isn't an employee to help. Front of the store employees too are never there to help with customer requests on finding items either. Not sure why they keep hiring and training people that clearly don't care about the customers and their job. Hopefully they get it together and improve the experience here.

I always come to this ShopRite as it’s the closest to my home. I normally avoid the deli line because the guys back there would be slow and into their own conversations that the line was not moving! BUT TODAY 1/4/24 I decided to get in that line and these two gentlemen Darnel and Setwayoh were working and had amazing customer service. Setwayoh helped me but the whole vibe was just pleasant.

Worst ShopRite ever. First of all there’s never any carts and a million people harassing you trying to sell you stuff in the parking lot asking for money. The employees are EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly, especially the female workers. You guys just lost a very loyal customer, I was spending over $1,000 a month here in groceries a month for years. I was accused of stealing something for $5 last time I came here. Never again. I will go to acme from now on where they treat customers respectfully

Prices would be nice to see on items. How can you sell items if the price tag is missing. Otherwise, the store is well executed.
