Horrible. This is my ShopRite for the past 15 years. . Everyone I encounter in that store tonight was extremely rude. From the manager who yelled at me as I was entering the store if I was doing DoorDash that I can’t. I told him no, that I don’t DoorDash. Continued w the rant. The cashier was extremely rude & everyone was rushing. I’ll continue ordering online from a different location. Wow.

I am stroke victim and in need of a sit-down cart. But every time I come to my neighborhood ShopRite at one olney plaza there are never any available, its always unplugged or not charged and tonight there were children riding on them racing with them! When I complained the workers said they are afraid to say anything to the children to avoid arguments and confrontation. Really!! Okay then parents, talk to your children and let them know these are not toys and should be treated as such. And for the managers, come together and find a better way for your handicapa nd seniors to have better shopping experience. Unbelievable!

The customer service is terrible. Shelves are always stocked but prices are sky high. Some staff is really good, but overall the customer service is terrible.

Even though they are newly remodeled they don't ever have s*** they don't restock who doesn't have pimento cheese I will be sure to continue to shop at Cheltenham

DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM THIS LOCATION! I purchased packaged lamp chops here on 12/20/23. Upon taking them out the package I was hit with a horrible rotten egg smell. I checked the meat and saw they were GREEN on the back. I returned the meat and no apologies were given nor shock by the associate, just my refund. This same incident occurred in October with a rack of pork ribs. Upon return of that meat, the associate sarcastically said they would probably put it back on the shelf to sell. I should have taken heed. I will be contacting L&I, Coorporate, and some other media outlets. It's only a matter of time before someone gets severely ill if they haven't already.

Used to work here with my fam. It was much better back then. Managers now are VERY angry people who yell at workers and customers alike. Better off going to the one on the Bvlrd.

Please let the community know when the remodeling phase is complete. I like this Shop Rite because it’s convenient some of the staff have great customer service. I use to know where everything was at. I hope you guys implement delivery services with the revamping of the market please. I will be back when your done

I gave my dear ShopRite five stars because it’s the best place to shop. It has a great music, fun fellow shoppers, and it’s run well. The only complaint I have right now, June, 2024, is that they are rearranging the whole place and building new coolers and freezers and changing the format, so I never know where anything is. However, I have full confidence they will get it together soon and it’s still my favorite place to grocery shop.
