Spoke to Lyric on Wednesday evening, 4/2 to ask if the store had SEPTA Key cards in stock. She said yes. I then said I'd be coming in around 7:39-8:30 that evening. She replied that she'd be there. I thanked her for her help and ended the call.

I arrived at the store around 8:15. Lyric was gone for the day? Idk why she told me she'd be there. The employee working at customer service had a terrible attitude.

What I really don't get is if you do not like customers and do not care to serve then do NOT work in customer service. It's not your forte. PLUS it doesn't bring you joy. So why do it? Why?

Anyway, wasted time, gas, and had to deal with a miserable woman.

I've been to many ShopRites, and this location is unlike any I've ever visited. Very bad vibes all around.

Not a fan of this store, as I found fish in the freezer fully defrosted. Not just a few packages, but all the way down to the bottom of the freezer! I told the manager and the person running the seafood dept. the seafood person told me it was probably customer returns!
I watched as they removed all of the defrosted fish and took it in the back. But who knows if they opened those packages and put it in the fresh fish counter. Will never but perishables there again!

Went here and had the meanest worker I asked her what was the difference between two peppers because my wife sent me for sweet peppers she gave me a dirty look and said “it’s pretty obvious that they are sweet peppers” then walked away from me I then asked another worker and they helped me a lot but the original worker I asked continued to give me dirty looks from afar I’ve never had a problem here before shopped here for a couple years now. She was skinny and had black glasses and was the rudest worker I’ve ever had to deal with

ShopRite has ample parking. They have motor sooters with shopping baskets for the handicapped. At the door entrance, they have sanitizer wet wipes for wiping down your shopping cart handle bar. ShopRite also has restrooms. The ShopRite Price Plus Club will give you money saving discounts when you present your discount card or tag at checkout.

Omg today was my first time and it won't be my last shopping here where do I start great prices fresh food everything was absolutely delicious and I saved so much money and it was worth it for what I bought food last an entire month I am so glad I came out here today someone recommended this store this is by far the best ShopRite I've been able to find everything I need for my family this will now be my new go to shopping market this store is clean and professional everything is fresh and tastes good thank you ,✌🏽💯😀👍🏽

I want to thank the security guard
Bilal Richardson , he went way beyond his duties to help me today.
I lost my cellphone and as you know we carry all of our information in them .
Bilal walked me through the store calling my phone, then he checked the cameras frame by frame and tracked me to my car.
We found my phone in the front seat . I have no recollection of even getting back in the car but I must have . It’s the only thing that makes sense.
He was such a gentleman , very patient , very kind.
There was another lady at customer service that was also very helpful but I didn’t catch her name.

Called to let them know they sold spoiled Shrimp, got home to clean my shrimp it had a foul odor and after I washed it was some kinda pink substance was coming out of it. Told the lady on the phone it was the large gumbo shrimp. No apologies just bring the shrimp back. Why is no one checking expiration dates or noticing if the shrimp smells bad. Seafood is way too expensive and so is gas to keep driving back forth.
