The employees are the best part of shopping at the ShopRite of Greenwich. I had an issue with an item I’d purchased, and even though I hadn’t the receipt and did not ask for a refund, I was given a gift card worth more than the item I bought. This is the kind of service that makes me come back. Everyone who works here is pleasant.

Always a pleasant visit. It was a late last minute visit, I went to retrieve some cotton candy grapes, bananas and some veggies and they were all great! Even at 8:30 PM before closing. The young lady adjusting the produce items was helpful in finding fresh items for me as well. It was a pleasant experience, even for last minute I live over the first town over next to Easton in Pennsylvania, so this is actually one of the closest ShopRite to me besides the Bethlehem location.

I’ve been shopping at this store for 20 plus years and never ever had a problem till today ! I was in self check out doing my thing the register flagged something I scanned ok cool waiting for customer service to come over and fix it ! Beth (the customer service specialist) proceeded to accuse me of stealing when clearly on the screen it showed Every single item I scanned and then when I showed her what I supposedly was stealing was there in black and white she continued to give me horrible attitude! And continued to accuse me !!!
ShopRite do better with your hiring !!! That was absolutely unacceptable!!!

In my experience of shopping here for years customer service is horrible !! I am degraded when I have returns with a receipt and God forbid if I need help down loading a coupon on the kiosk I am made to wait by a certain employee who rather chat with his co workers first then do his job!! Given the 3rd degree by more then one employee if I return meat that’s bad and told I’m wasting food even if I come in with my receipt!! Yes I’m given my money back but so belittled by three employees even those who work in the office at customer service desk. If I lose my phone or my diabetic meter in the store and I ask employees at the service desk if someone turned it in I’m treated like garbage and they aren’t concerned!! Yes it’s ok to drop $300 every two weeks at this store !!! It’s all the time do they attack me for no reason and even told basically I’m stupid by an employee!! So use caution especially making complaints to the manger they try to blame the victim of the abuse that we are the issue !! Disgusting!!

My hometown grocery store. Friendly faces, huge array of product, good deals, and the family that owns this chain on ShopRites are wonderful people who give back to our community in so many ways!

Besides the fake sales, arbitrary pricing, and their stock associates setting up obstacle courses, the app hardly ever works and discounts fail to process. The cashiers explain that all I need to do is go to the courtesy counter for a refund: I've waiting in one of the only 4 open lanes, brought my own bags, did my own bagging, now I need to drag my 5 year old into a 20 minute line to get an advertised price. They hope most people won't waste their time, but I've had it. It's every 3 or 4 trips this happens. We're all getting ripped off - why make it more painful for everyone?

Going forward, if the app doesn't work and I don't see sale prices reflected, I will walk my cart over to the service desk and ask for a full refund, and the store can have fun restocking and throwing out all the perishables. I encourage everyone to do the same.
