Why is there never anyone at the liquor store counter at night? You always have to wait for them to come from the back and sometimes they never do. Maybe you should hire more staff to take care of the back of house stuff so you actually have someone to ring up customers. It’s ridiculous

Edit: The employees are very professional and welcoming, but it seems they are doing the job of two people. Just my observation.

Paws off my tiny local ShopRite. You haters are nuts. It’s doing just fine! Don’t expect the same selection at a much smaller store (duh). They carry most everything at great prices. There’s plenty of other options if you need something they don’t carry (like the large ShopRite less than 10 minutes away)
This store is convenient and I love it for that.
It’s also always clean, veggies fresh, neatly stocked, and the employees are very nice. It’s great to see locals working locally. It’s also very accessible by foot and train unlike other local supermarkets.

I’d be very sad if it ever went away (and ps I like the old vibe it matches our historical town)

Waited for self check out, after speaking with Carl, the manager,he explained someone called out. Understandable. But, RUTH at customer service has a chip or an attitude , she should not work as customer service, she needs to be trained, on how to speak, verse what ever she thinks she was doing, front end would rather talk to one another than work. Oh yeah Ruth or Ruthless is the only one that works there with long fake extensions, Gray , ask for her, she can provide you with all your rude needs,
Off to another store to get what I needed!

If you want to travel back in time to a Shop Rite from the 1970's, then this is your place. Everything about this store is outdated, but for a quick food shopping run, it is not bad. Parking can be an issue at times, just like the aisles inside the Shop Rite. They have all of the basics that you would need for a quick visit. Not sure about a weeks worth of groceries. They do however have a few self checkout lines available.

Store is ok but the young blonde working courtesy 3:40pm 02/25/23 just standing there laughing with guy wearing fuzzy hair piece. I gave her the make model and license plate # so she could tell this person to park in an actual parking spot cause I almost hit them driving on the one way part of the parking lot. But she didn’t she was standing in the counting room looking at me when I left. These kids are so LAZY!! My GOD! I almost hit this car. You can plainly see it’s parked in the lane not a parking spot. Both cashier & customer are clearly brain dead.

Perfect store for things forgotten. Very small store but has it all. Many registers to do self check out.

Cute little shop rite. It’s nice because it’s bigger than a convenience store, but not as big as your typical shop rite. I come here when I need something quick, but want a better selection than a convenience store and at a better price

I love this place. This store has everything just less of it because it's an older ShopRite and on the smaller side. But if you don't need the newer giant ShopRite this is the ticket. It's clean organized and the staff are very friendly. Plus very good hours. And a bonus ShopRite liquor store attached.
