Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed that the customer service and management of this location has worsened and continues to worsen. Not only is the customer service bad, the quality of the food is bad as well. Management is literally the icing on the cake with. their inability to efficiently run this establishment for the good of the local community. The bakery department is the worst. They never answer the phone. When you come in the store, they are very abrupt with you and the manager is never on site trying to order a specific item that used to be self-serve has now become a freaking nightmare. Explanation as to why the item is no longer self service. So with the item no longer being self service Place an order each time I go to place an order I am unable to place the order Order and they get it completely wrong. I am specifically talking about the sweet potato cheesecakes. It is my understanding that this is the only location that makes this particular item. Which in the past made this particular item extremely well now, all of a sudden this item is no longer available For self-serve or ordering. It is now an annual item available only during Thanksgiving when I did place the order for smaller size individual sweet potato cheesecakes, they kept giving me sweet potato cheese muffins, or whatever they made up in its place. As I stated above, in the past, these items have been very good. So good that I have used them for two different functions and events. I recently attempted to order them in September for a pool party and in October for an anniversary party. Needless to say they screwed up big time. Despite me specifically following their instructions on how to place this order and what I specifically wanted. Upon arriving to place my order, I was aggressively and verbally, confronted by three different bakers behind the counter, stating that I couldn’t place this order because the baker needs to check with them first. The most obscene thing I’ve ever heard in my life. I’ve never seen Three different women of three different age groups axle unprofessional. Spoke to the manager about this and he said he would handle it. However, much did not change. Especially with the Muslim sister who was unbearable. Long story short, A half an hour before I am to pick up my order. I get a call from the bakery stating that my order did not come out right. Basically, meaning that the head baker did not know how to make the sweet potato cheesecake and individual sizes. This was the most puzzling thing ever. Nothing about the recipe should have changed. It just should’ve been a smaller version so instead of sweet potato, cheesecake individuals, I was offered a sheet cake. How disappointing. After speaking with two different managers over four days and being assured by both of them, including the manager of the bakery that they would be able to do what they have been doing for years, I get nothing but disappointment excuses. I have attached a picture of what they are attempting to sell as sweet potato cheesecake individuals. Not only are they a hot mess, they have the nerve to have up the price to $7.99. The price used to be $5.99 for six. What a rip off. Just as recent as 11/18 I attempted to place an order for a large sweet potato cheesecake as it is now only seasonal during Thanksgiving and was told I would have to call back and speak to the baker. Same BS all over again. I blame management for this issue as they are not aware of what is actually going on in their store And why? See the pics below of what they are putting out. They have literally and physically destroyed an item that was a top seller and was one of their best items. The recipe didn’t change, so why are the sweet potato cheesecakes looking like this? This location needs a redo with with management and staffing. There are many internal issues that need to be addressed, and that the customer should not have to deal with.

Food is fresh and if you have an American heritage account, bank and auto tellers are open 6 days a week.

The store is ok. The self checkout kiosks are often broke and be mindful of the store made seafood. 🤮 It used to be tasty. Now, it's literally just a container of dry faux crab meat. I've tried it a few times recently, thinking just a bad batch. Nope, just a bad chef 😬

I came to this particular one because it was near my house but when I got there I'm sorry I came here. I enter the store and it was barely anything on the shelves as well as the produce area. Next, I went to check out and I found out they shut down all the self checkouts registers. Not too mention, they're only 6 or 7 cashiers at the checkout and lines were long. I'm asking for the manager to see what happened but it's like he wasn't concerned. Finally, after waiting 20 minutes the customer service had to check some of us out because some of us like myself had 10 items or less. I asked the customer service rep what happened and she said mostly all the staff CALLED OUT. That's sad! This is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSUFFICIENT. After this EXPERIENCE, I don't think I'll be back.

There was the guy at self checkout that said my bf didn’t scan the water but I showed him and in fact he was salty ashit .
This place didn’t have much food , all the meat was sold out .
I also heard people asking where things were and his response was “ i don’t know you have to ask somebody “
Why are you here Aren’t you the somebody

1 star for customer service. Never been to this store before. Came in the morning of 9/7 young small lady standing by her machine "helped" me at the self checkout stand. I asked for help and was immediately berated. Started yelling something I couldn't make out. Didn't walk over like most people do and I could tell she was annoyed because I told her whatever reason you're telling that's not my issue. Didn't apologize after removing the extra scanned finally. I also noticed she hadn't showered in a few days. Actions needed: Please improve your customer service and stay professional (clean) don't assume situations or yell at customers! Hope I get better treatment next time I'm here...
