I love Shoprite & used to shop there all the time. I can't physically shop anymore and get deliveries now. But your delivery is $15.00. Other store is 10.00 but you can pay 12.00mt & get all deliveries you want. Gotta pinch those pennies!!

I was in this store yesterday. I was at the fish counter and purchased some fish (porgy). The price on the glass read $4.99/lbs. The guy behind the counter charged me $5.99/lbs. I mention this to him and he said the difference would come off at the cashier when I used my shopper's card. Well, that didn't happen. I went to customer service and she verified the correct price was $4.99/lbs. She took my fish purchase and went back to the fish counter. She came back and told me the price I paid was for cleaning the fish. I gave been shopping in this market since they opened and this is the first time I have ever paid to have fish cleaned. This might sound like a small thing, but with the ever raising cost of food and everything else I think it was a shame. So on top of everything else the store is now going to nickle and dime their customers routine services. I won't be going back. A penny saved !

Although I'm not thrilled with the location, this store is nice, clean, and large!! This particular store is extremely well stocked. I visited in the late evening and this was my first time in the store and to my surprise, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would visit again.

Very poor customer service. Do not honor posted hours. Manager on duty chose not to resolve issue but instead gave attitude, turned around and walked away. Workers stand around talking and laughing on their phones instead of helping customers. Wont help you bag food even if you are disabled! Skeleton staff and no one seem to care.

Messy, not terribly clean or organized, cashiers not very friendly, consistently smells like dead fish, prices of most items unreasonably high. Not all Shop Rites are the same. Timonium store is excellent!

My family and I are new to the area and this is the neighborhood grocery store. I have been there a handful of times and have yet to have a positive experience. The lines are generally to the back of the store, the meat/vegetables don’t look fresh, items are priced higher than other stores in the area and the employees are just pitiful. I’m happy to go the extra few miles to get better products and services somewhere else.
