Easy! Don’t let these comments fool or scare you. I spent less than 2 hours here! It was a quick and easy delivery. Yeah the dock is a little tight but if you know how to back up it’s cake. You don’t have to back in from the street if you know how to make u-turns without smashing into everything. If I had to come back here to deliver I’ll be okay with that.

Sigma is on the back part of the building, and best way for a semi to get in is backing up from Alcoa since if busy, there's little to no room to turn around in the parking lot. Over all my experiences here have been good. Receiving people are nice and courteous.

Was given an apt for 7 am Monday Feb 19th. I get here at 5am. Waiting all weekend to deliver this load. Being forced into 2 34 resets. And now this place wants to take off for "presidents" day to do what sit at home and do nothing and not actually celebrate a nonsense holiday? Or better yet celebrate a crazy holiday for a president who has ruined this country the past 4 years

ATTN: TRUCKERS!Arrived & trucks were parked in the first parking lot outside gate. All 4 of us had 5am appointments. So first come first serve! Can park in lot till 5am when they open but will start crying and make you move because it’s employee parking. Advise to park on street, check in & the back into facility from street. No more than two trucks can stage beyond gate. No more than one truck unloads at a time.
Please read this review prior to arrive if you pull in and no place to park will be forced to back out. If you do not back in will have to blindside back.
Shipping and receiving nice people. Quick unloading.
4 stars cause the system is poor 🙁

Cool guys at receiving empty in 30 minutes 6 pallets delivered here on 4/08/24 there was no truck when I showed up. Bit tight space to maneuver

Very nice people 3 trucks park on drive way overnight and 3 AM they pulls inside and only door no. 7 they unloads. Give paperwork in truck. Few street parking spaces also available.
