We got our kitchen remodeled this year, moving the kitchen location and changing the layout to open up the floorplan a bit more and Silva did a great job! They were very detailed and great at communicating with us project status and when things would be done or be worked on.

We recently used SCC for a primary bathroom to the studs remodel. We are thrilled with the results. Everything from Sean‘s initial contact providing a step-by-step overview to Shannon‘s awesome design ideas went according to plan. Jim Wright was our project manager and provided great insight into daily management of the various subs, his frequent on site supervision of the subs made things flow smoothly. Jim also provided independent ideas that were incorporated into all phases of the remodel. His attention to detail built our confidence even more. We now have radiant heated floors, a curb-less shower entry, custom cabinets and fabulous tile work all because we chose Silva Custom Construction. We highly recommend them!

The team at Silva did a fantastic job on our kitchen, as well as a few other ‘minor’ odds and ends: a new roof, a 160sq ft addition, new patio steps, and new doors and casings for the entire house. They were patient and quick to respond whenever we had questions or issues, and their commitment to perfection has transformed our outdated ranch house into a beautiful, bespoke home that we never want to leave. Thank you Sean, Shannon, Jason, Ray, and everyone else who worked on our house! You did an amazing job and we won’t hesitate to work with you again in the future.

We are extremely satisfied with the work that Silva construction did on our kitchen remodel. Our Project Manager, Jim Wright and his team were very professional and considerate of our needs from start to finish. The project schedule was posted on their website and we could track exactly what each step would be on the timeline and if there were any changes we were quickly informed. Jim texted us daily whenever workmen would be coming to do a portion of the work and he kept close tabs on the progress throughout and let us know if there were any delays to expect. The workers were all very experienced and knowledgeable and great to work with. They took great care to minimize the dust and were careful to clean up everything when completing a portion of the job. Our project was completed on time and the quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend Silva construction.

Sean Silva and hi team did a great job on our older bathroom. There were a couple of hiccups, none due to anyone's fault, just bad circumstances, and they were able to work with us to power thru and complete the project.
I highly recommend contacting them for any project you have.
