Amazing, incredible, can’t say enough!!! Went in to get my ring repaired, left with two amazing new rings at amazing prices. got my old ring back today looking better then ever. Customer service was incredible, staff was so personable, and patient. He listened to all my questions and really worked with me to find rings I would love. They made a customer for life!!

First time here and stopped in to get a bracelet adjusted for my son and within minutes it was ready to go! Mark was very welcoming and is an all around great guy with A+++++++ service. He even gave me a great deal on some gold earrings. This store has a massive selection of jewelry and I will definitely be coming back to buy some more. This is the absolute best place to go for all your jewelry needs and will be telling all of my family and friends.

Mark is a great guy and I have given him my ring twice now to fix. Each time it comes back sparkly and completely fixed. I’m so excited to see my ring, which had the band split and two stones missing, fixed! He also works out great prices with you. I left today with a temporary replacement for my ring and I love it just as much! There’s practically nothing these guys can’t do!

I had an old diamond band of my mother's that was too small and I wanted it made bigger. My husband and I looked online for a jewelry store near us and saw Silver N Beyond with very good ratings. I’ve been a customer of Marks for about 20 years, going back to when he was at the Conventry Mall. I can’t speak enough about how wonderful he has been to me, my friends and my family over all these years.
