It's nice to have a shop like this but I rarely find anything to buy. I made an appointment and brought in many quality items, 80% of which they took, but when I went back to check on my credit , I had very little money for what they they took and charged. 40% store credit or 30% cash out, but not in slow months. Then they donate your quality unsold items without the opportunity to get them back. Highly disappointed, would not bring clothing here again to "sell". Might stop in once a year since I still have a few bucks to use or lose.
Edited: this is my personal experience and opinion to let other know what you may expect as a consigning seller. This review was not meant to shame a business , but I agree with the owner, overall it's not a good fit for me or my goals. I hope they survive the Old Town location, as not getting paid for months just to keep the doors open and do it out of love must be tough! Sending many blessing back to you too, good luck!

I frequently buy from this shop online. The owners are very responsive to questions I have about the merchandise - sometimes replying within minutes! All the items I've purchased are like-new quality. I really like the attention to detail in their shipping and look forward to the clean, fresh scent in every package. I found a pair of running shoes on the site that were never worn - New Balances for $40. Every time I put them on my kids say "those are the shoes that you really love, right mom?" because I was so ecstatic when I received them. This store is so amazing! I regret not coming here sooner. I'm a college student, and the prices are amazing if you're on a budget. The clothes are amazing as well! There's definetly something for everyone here. Sandy is absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and had great customer service. I'm definetly planning on shopping here regularly, and can't wait to bring friends with me ^^

I bought a pair of shoes that fell apart 30 min after wearing them. She said No return. I was just in there that day!! $55.. the clothes smell & they appear to take everything. Since Sandy sold her amazing shop.. its gone downhill. Very disappointed. Would be ⚠️cautious buying any items.

My favorite clothes store. It's fun and hip, and Thursday evenings on facebook they go live and show clothes. They will even help you by suggesting clothes for you! Great owners very helpful

Great finds every time I shop there. The owner and employee's are always helpful. Different styles for everyone, a lot of clothes could be considered as vintage and retro for the most part, but I love that.

I shop there often. Wonderful atmosphere, eclectic merchandise, huge inventory in all plus-sizes. Accessories too: belts, shoes, bags, jewelry.

The prices are very good, and the quality of the items is impressive.
