I had the most amazing experience at this store. I’ve never been treated better in my life!!
I came with a bunch of women all whom had real fur coats and I really wanted to get one. Sarkes helped me try on probably 30 coats. He put them on me and hung them back up for me. I told him that I had a budget and I was worried I couldn’t afford most of the things. He told me not to worry and we would find something.
I ended up liking 2 but couldn’t afford both. While I was deciding which one I wanted he brought the price down for me so I was able to get both!!! I’m in love with both of my jackets and I am still over the moon with happiness that he was so sweet and helpful. I’m gonna feel like a million bucks every time I wear my new jackets. If I ever come back to Jackson Hole I will for sure stop in again. Or if I ever want another coat and not able to physically come in, I will call the store and go through him for my next purchase.

Amazing fur coat store! Highly recommend. Sarkes did a fantastic job repairing my old fur coat when I walked in today. Quickly stitched up a hole for me and it looks good as new. Dawn is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about furs! Wonderful store, highly recommend visiting!

I love this place especially Sarkes Solomon , Amazing man that helped me. My sisters and I agree the furs and Sarkes The best in Jackson hole and always our first stop! Beautiful coats & Accessories. I love my new wrap and headband . Then I went back for another from Dylan🫶

Amazing customer service! Awesome store and collection of beautiful coats and accessories. I wish I could give it more than five stars. We’ve known Sarkes for a few years now, he is a great guy, great to work with, and overall with him we had an amazing experience. We went in to look at my favorite coat and I finally got it!

Best time in a store in Jackson I’ve had in a while! Sarkes was amazing. He welcomed my bf and I into the store and found perfect fur masterpieces for us to try on. He even let us go outside the store with them on and take pictures! The store itself was beautiful and had absolutely stunning products, and the customer service tied everything together to create an experience. He informed us on all the backgrounds of the jackets. Honestly got me convinced I gotta stop saving for college and get one of these furry jackets. Also, there’s a gigantic bear rug in the back. GO CHECK IT OUT!

Hey All. Dawn and I took the evening off from the Sitka Fur Gallery to attend the annual fundraiser for the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Make sure when you’re in town to stop by the museum to see great exhibits from Picasso and Warhol… and be sure to come into the shop to tell us about your experience.
