One of the guys were so serious, but the others were really kind with us. The girl who speaks also speaks Spanish, the guy at the main entrance and the boy at the check out with beautiful smile and he also give us popcorn! I’ve never had a better customer service in the US than the one I got here!
Awesome! The store should pay more for their excellent job!

This place is FANTASTIC!
I needed to get steel-toe work shoes with only a few hours notice, and they had an entire wall of choices. The service was the best, ever. Prices are excellent and their return policy is phenomenal. I am never buying shoes anywhere else again.
No joke.
Christina and Taylor were patient and kind, very highly knowledgeable, and they made me feel like a Prince.
This is the place.

I drove pass the store today and saw the three signs outside of their store that said "back to school sale for kids 2 for $50." I decided to go inside because of the sale only to be told I needed to find shoes that were $39.99 and less to qualify for this sale. Inside their store they have smaller signs that mention the rule of the sale ($39.99 or less) but not on the ones located outside.

This is a trick to lure people inside their store and I'm very disappointed! After three signs outside NOT mentioning the $39.99 rule and shopping with a 6yr old, I didn't have time to confirm the sale rules by reading the signs inside the store.

If my son wasn't so excited about the shoes he chose, I wouldn't have purchased them! Even the worker, Travis, apologized and mentioned it's confusing for shoppers and that is what management agreed upon. Very disappointing from a loyal customer.

Back to school shopping is stressful enough and to deal with companies that want to play games with their corporate tactics doesn't make the process any easier. Shame!

Unfortunately this location was out of what I needed but very clean store. Enough parking on the side of building. I was there for 15minutes and no body came to ask me if I needed help.

I was at the store today. The woman who worked there was super rude and her tone while speaking to me was very disrespectful and arrogant. She kept watching me as if I was going to steal something. Reading the other reviews, it seems like I'm not the first person who was upset with her.
I was going to buy something, but her attitude made leave without buying anything. What a shame, because the products there are really good and cheap.
Lady, if you're reading this: whatever you are going through, it's no reason to be rude to people. You make or break your customer's day and you need to make some changes in your life and be kinder to people. In the end, all that negative energy will just come back to you.

The Mananger of this store is awful, bad service and she is rude, she treated my children badly because my kids started playing with a key dispenser ( they are kids, ) , she has a bad attitude with them, She took that object out of their hands with rudeness and a bad attitude, in the whole store we were the only ones with different skin color, is she was discrminating us? I felt that she treated us in rude manner. Do you take seriously reacism in your store?
You have to train better to the personal in this store. The mananger was in Sunday morning shift ( Mother's Day) She is tall, and white woman.
