Great store!! Compared to the other 2 stores down the street this has great prices!! The employees were super friendly and the store was clean and fully stocked!

I have been a loyal customer to this store since 1998. I noticed that a few of the cashier's are really nice. Stephanie and Roland are favorites. Today (8/27/24) I had Amber at around 5:45 Pm. I said hello, she just grabbed the coupons I had and threw them in another place. She mentioned one of my coupons was expired. The other cashier's always take them. She refused and said they hadn't taken them for five months. No apologies.
Not really very friendly. Please don't hire any more unfriendly cashiers like her

I wish I understood their whole system of their lower priced items... Is it that as long as I have the card, I don't need to go into the app and find the coupons? Or for digital deals do I still have to use my phone for finding the coupons and etc etc etc. ?

I almost didn't recognize the place. But does have a solid name. ? And I believe it is a Kroger store. It just took all my reward cards all the way back to Denver.

I don't write about grocery stores often, but when I do they have a good reason for it. In this case, there are a couple of reasons. First, there is a full on bar in the store. Tired of following your significant other around the store? The bar awaits! I doubt that California will ever do this, but I can hope. The second reason is the selection and prices. Being a Kroger affiliated store helps with this. The only thing that I'd like to see added would be the option to buy a 6-pack of eggs instead of a full dozen. That'd be very helpful to the tourists like me. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Just visited this town and stopped at Smith’s. I was impressed with the store, had lots of specials and reminded me of the grocery that I shop at home called Fry’s . This is a huge store, had everything you can think of and a great selection of products. Anything you need, I’m sure you can find here. The self check out system is horrible, go stand in line and pay. The computer is soooo delayed that I almost paid twice. Their system needs to be updated in some way. I’ve seen others complain about this as well.
I found out you can use your Fry’s Club Card at Smiths. So both ads work with one card which is great!!

The absolute busiest grocery store in Lake Havasu City. Biggest gluten-free section of any. Biggest organic section. Biggest kosher section. Clean, organized and well-lit. Really crazy specials on steak every few weeks. Their ribeye and New York steaks are really super and much higher quality than one would expect at the price.
