The lady at the cheese counter is so friendly. Great variety in cheeses. Bakery has lots of pastry options as well as fresh bread. Plenty of parking. The produce looks great. Very clean store.

It’s 103° out here. They need to give the person at the window some help when the lines are so long. When I get in line I was the fifth car. This could be a safety issue. There were 6 cars in line when I left. Brinely was great. Not her fault. When so many customers up at the same time, Smith’s should provide more cashiers.

The last year I would give the pharmacy a 4 or 5. Today (103 degrees) was not the day to leave people in long lines.

The best!! I love that they discount food when it gets close to the end of the shelf life, definitely unique! It kinda feels like a target where they have a clothing area which will have good deals! The mobile app is great where you can clip digital coupons and they give frequent customers free items from time to time ie a free bag of chocolate chips or a marinara sauce. Their rewards program is great to save money on gas too! We consistently get $0.50-70 cents off once a month with our points.

It's a little odd that every time I go to get the meat that's on sale, it's sold out. Doesn't matter what day or time I go. I'm starting to wonder if they ever have it to begin with.
They have a nice cheese section as well as reduced cheese section, and usually there are flowers for 50% off, and they last a while.

I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but on Tuesday I went into the bakery last minute for a surprise birthday cake for my boyfriend, and the decorator who was working showed me a better cheesecake to go with. I only asked her to write a message in raspberry sauce on it and top it with whip cream but when I picked up the cake later later that afternoon, it was decked out beautifully with raspberry’s, raspberry sauce, and whip cream all along the edge. She did a lovely job. The joke was even funnier with how elegant you made it. Thank you so much ❤️

Almost every time I shop here they get the price wrong. I end up back at customer service to get a refund. The way the prices are displayed at checkout are confusing and it seems to be intentional. It’s hard to catch the errors as you check out. I wish they could fix this. Shopping is painful instead of enjoyable.

Lately, the shelves are empty and I’m unable to get the items I need. Also, had a strange experience today with an employee who was stocking meat and refused to move out of the way so that I could get an item. I asked politely, and he refused to budge. Very strange to treat a customer like that.

First impressions were shock and ah at the size of the building and all that was sold at this location. Clean and full look, impressed first thing. Then you start shopping and notice the details: messy floors, water leaks, empty shelves, and poor staff interaction.

Meat department is the winner of this place, full and clean. Dairy department….yikes! This department needs some serous TLC.

Overall to a guest this place is rockn’. If you’ve worked in a grocery store before or a retail location (Me: Target 12 years), the misses and lack of attention to details are abundant.

Last, guest basics: when the cashier stops ringing up items and stands there saying nothing, what do you think should happen? I don’t know, maybe speak to the guest and inform them what’s going on. Crazy idea I know, cashiers taking to guests. Then when there is no bagger and the guest who you just don’t want to talk to has now bagged all the items, what’s good protocol, maybe a thanks for the help with that, skerry you had to do that and then end with a thanks for coming in and stay cool. Simple customer service 101 right, guess not.

Nicole, you rocked it and did all the basics. Kymber, try again and when a guest has to ask you how’s your day and do you have any plans for the weekend….red flags, that’s your job. Loved your answer to: “Oh, just work.” Wow, gee, what enthusiasm. I really want to come back here again and come to Thursday register every time (much sarcasm). 5 stars if the service and cleanliness could have matched the first impressions, it’s doable.
