Came here with my dad tonight and wow. The customer service here was pretty horrendous. The girl didn’t even leave the counter to help show us anything. She showed zero enthusiasm. Told us that she didn’t have much to wrap the piece with. Which was $80 and I feel that such a large purchase should be protected properly. I asked for a bag at least to which she mumbled something. There was plenty of bags there from what I saw. I will never come here again. Learn how to bag and treat customers friendly. You’re being paid to do a job. Do it right.

The place is well kept, the cashier is pretty nice. It seems like the cigar humidor may need to be taken care of better. If you want to get a cigar here, just inspect it thoroughly, I have bought cigars in metal tubes here and some of them have been moldy. I would guess it's due to the fact the humidor is in direct light all day and maybe a little warm. Competitive prices but just check your cigar before purchasing.

Don’t come here looking for vaping accessories. I came to buy a ZERO pod, which I’ve bought several. Got home and noticed the box had been opened and it was missing a pod. I went back assuming it was an honest mistake as even the box says “2” pods. Dude tells me no, they open the boxes and sell them separately for full price. Totally ghetto. Glass Warehouse from now on for me. Right down the street and way better selection and not so sleazy.

I like this place. The owner hires well, and seems to genuinely care about the youth. I can tell by who he hires, and the way he interacts with his customers. The smoke shop has everything from mango juul pods to glass pieces. I personally shop here for their Kratom and selection of "Urban Ice Organics". It's about the same price as online, but this placed earned my customer service when the owner let me shop an hour before they opened. Ive never walked in this place and didn't smile when talking to the employees. Some side jokes here and there, but most importantly an HONEST smoke shop. I hate places that are cheap with fake juul pods, cheap glass, in house kratom trying to push, or over the top smoke shop employees.. None of that here, soo therefore this is MY only smoke shop in town. I'd vomit at the thought of walking into a place that I haven't grown accustomed to.

Unfortunately, I wont be coming back. The cashier and a customer were talking for a very long time while I waited along with another customer. Both, the talking customer and cashier did not care that we were waiting so long while they socialized. Being ignored to socialize with customers, shaking hands with them , while others wait is not respectful or professional. No Covid prevention. The cashier did not have a mask and shook hands with the customer. How rude.

Gotta be my favorite smoke shop in the IE. Some of the best customer service around no matter whos working. Good people are far and few between. So i appritiate when someone goes out of there way to help a customer obtain what they came in for
