Very clean and cute inside. I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with Tiramisu Puff. It's super delicious and on the sweeter side.

My father ordered a Smokey Coffee Milk Tea and was really surprised how good it was (he's more of a black 2 cream and 2 sugar).

Recommend on visiting if you are passing through

Small, clean bakery & cafe.
Assortment of snowcap breads, including chocolate, coffee, tiramisu, milk raisin. There were some Vietnamese pate chaud.
The banh mi was okay: fluffy crispy bread, hot sauce, and meat.
The drinks are the highlight for us! Not too sweet if you get 50% sweetness. Big plus for us is that they have a large cup size that barely fits in your cup holders! The teas tastes refreshing.
Milk teas are creamy and fruit teas typically have some sort of real fruit in them as well!

Small mom n pop spot with a good variety of vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, pastries and drinks. First time here because of their July 4th specials on $1.99 banh mi, $0.99 croissants and $1.50 boba milk tea!!! The owner was very friendly and provided excellent service. The decor inside was very warm and homey with free wifi too. A definite must try if you are ever in the SGV, especially in the city of Monterey Park.

I really enjoyed my milktea. Good balance of sweet and bitter tea flavor, which a lot of tea places lack. The parfait was really good too. Very milky and fruit filled and was more like a drink than something you eat with a spoon. Kind of hidden but worth a stop if you're nearby.

I was so happy when I came across this place while in the area, what a gem! I love that they open early and breads are super fresh and light with a subtle sweetness. I really enjoyed them. Service was great as well, they took the time out to explain to me what everything was and I really appreciated that.

This is a convenient place for a quick sandwich or some pastry. I like their food and they are reasonably priced. Yu should have no trouble finding a parking space in the plaza or on the street.

Came to get boba teas. We got a Smokey Coffee Milk Tea with boba and a Yogurt Strawberry smoothie. They were the best I've ever had! Highly recommend going there!

Their sandwiches are amazing and taste really fresh- the bread especially. Their drinks are super tasty, but be warned that some have a ton of caffeine (not a bad thing imo). The shop is fairly cozy and perfect for studying or chatting with a friend. I'll be back for more asap!
