I was having problems with customer emails being dropped every single week. This started happening in Dec. 2023. At first, someone was trying to figure out the problem, but by Feb. 2024 I could never get a hold of anyone at Snap Retail. I tried calling, emailing, chatting, emailing again, leaving messages, etc. and to this day have never received a call back. This was a great company which I used for many years. Don't know what happened, but I would never recommend anyone using their service.

Customer service is terrible! Functions on the website don't work, such as, "reports" feature is totally inaccurate, emails often don't post when scheduled & the "preview" function can take 10 hours to show up in your mail box. But still, no one addresses these issues.

Signing with Snap Retail was the best idea I ever had! Their social media tools are simple to use and have saved me the expense of a virtual assistant. The marketing staff has been super-responsive and helped me get up and running. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Snap retail is a wonderful tool to use for my business. I love that I can go in and create what I need or I can choose from their many templates. It is easy to navigate through and they are always, ready to help you with any questions. I also like that I gain valuable information from my reports, that helps in my emails for the future. Snap retail is moving in the right direction, usually updating/adding something new to make it easier for us shop owners and that's what is needed in many cases. There are not enough hours in the day and anything to help our business run smoothly is very welcomed!

We have used Snap retail for four years, and love not only how easy it is to use, but the support from the staff at SnapRetail. We keep our "Calendar" filled with emails, facebook and events that are going out daily to our customers. Because of the integration of all the opportunities that SnapRetail offers, we would recommend them to every retail business. The staff is very patient and helpful as well, which means a lot when you are working hard to create, and were not born into the IT world!

WHEN WILL YOU RETURN A CUSTOMER’S MANY ATTEMPTS TO REACH YOU? WHEN WILL YOU FIX THE BROKEN LINK ON OUR HOME PAGE THAT HAS PREVENTED US FROM COLLECTING NEW NEWSLETTER RECIPIENTS … FOR MONTHS?!? WHEN WILL YOU GIVE US ACCESS TO OUR GOOGLE ANALYTICS? WHEN WERE YOU PLANNING TO CONVERT US TO GA4? ITS MORE THAN A YEAR OVERDUE.

This company is a disgrace. I have worked with so many marketing/cms software companies over the past 25 yrs as a marketing manager. I have never encountered such a poorly managed company. No response at all. Nothing. Meanwhile, the basic services we are paying for have not been touched in at least six months, despite all my efforts. We are losing business as a result of this neglect. Please tell me what to do to get your attention

Snap Retail is so user friendly and much more connected with social media sites than the previous e-mail provider used by J. Thomas Jewelers. The social media calendar is awesome where you can see what you have scheduled and do it for months at a time. The support staff is there for assistance and questions.
A must to try if you are connecting with many guest's through business e-mails.
