Customer service was aweful. The dude at the checkout literally sold the shoes we were gonna buy to the person in front of us. Didn't even look to make sure they were right so I'm sure that person is pissed too. Went back in 4 hours later to see if he returned them yet. We asked and the lady walked away after she told us she heard about us and what happened earlier. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had such an amazing shopping experience at Snipes in Monroeville Mall!! The General Manager, Matt, is doing a phenomenal job with the store and very informative of the inventory. The employee were all amazing as well.

Great selection, great prices, horrible employees. We stood right by where the employees were going in to get shoes and had about five or six workers continually ignore our requests. Had one girl tell us she was gonna be right back and went to wait on a completely different customer. Had another worker practically run away from us. The only good worker in the entire store was the cashier. Will NEVER shop here again. Have never experienced any groups of workers more rude in my entire life, and I work fast food.

I think the store is under new management, so people should try it again. I found the sales people to be friendly and helpful. They also handled my return and exchanges with no hassle and great service.
