Had light maintenance on my vehicle. The shop is top of the line, very professional, and the price is very reasonable. Owner is there almost all the time, which is something I like, although I never had to go to him for any complaint but I have had to tell him good things his people are doing well. I trust this business and their work!

Needed 2 35” tries swapped from one set of rim to another. No apt, I walked in. Took longer than expected and usually would take a star but they were super friendly and explained the mix up and why it took longer than expected. Understandable, great shop and would highly recommend if in the snowflake area!

I am currently spending $300 on a new tire because Snowflake Tire didn't use a plug when they patched my original, which completely ruined my tire. They knew I was moving out town, and let me drive it that way. There are a few other tire places in Snowflake. Do yourself a favor and try one of those instead.

I had a tire indicator light come on. I was planning to drive to Chicago on Sunday, and this was Friday. They took the time to take my tires off the car and put them in a large tank filled with water to check for leaks. They found none. After all that, there was no charge. Absolutely the nicest , most helpful people I have met in a long time. I highly recommend snowflake tire and auto

The staff here is absolutely AMAZING! Always super friendly and went above and beyond helping me grab my kindergartener from school while they were patching me up. They are the true essence of a small town business making you feel like family. I've had an embarrassingly amount of nails and screws in my tires and they are always so quick to get me back on the road.

The folks here have been honest with us from the get-go. What we believed to be wrong was not the case. They showed us what was actually wrong, and provided an estimate of the total repair work prior to the start of repair. That allowed us to make an informed decision. Following repair, there was no loaded extra costs incurred, as well as no suggested (or expensive) follow-up repairs! What a refreshing change from the experiences we have had at other auto shops here in Snowflake. Honesty + no-nonsense + a strong helping of great customer service = Snowflake Tire and Auto Repair. Will definitely use them again, and refer to all of our family and friends!
