Beware if you receive anything from Soma as a gift. They wouldn’t let me exchange my gift with the original price tags on the never-worn, brand new garments in the original bag, with the original tissue paper with the Soma label. Unlike most stores, this would be enough, but not Soma. I’ll never step into another Soma store again. Extremely bad business policy!

My wife wanted to get some new bras and she had read about this company online. So we made a trip up there today. The customer service from Tracy was AMAZING. I usually don’t review clothing stores, but I felt like the service here definitely warranted it. Needless to say we came for a bra or two and we left with a huge bag of items including sleepwear. Thanks for helping us Tracy and even ordering 2 items that were not in stock. Definitely will return.

The best shopping experience I've received in a long time. Not only was I greeted as soon as I walked in by the ladies working, within seconds Naj is taking my measurements since I told her I had ordered the wrong bra size online.
While trying on a different size in the dressing room I was lucky enough to have Adriana an employee that was not even scheduled to work give me really good advice she just happened to be there and very knowledgeable.
Between Adriana and Naj,
I was given full service customer service with a great product and a great deal! Thank you so much for the experience ladies I'll be back 🙂

The Mission Viejo Soma store and staff are ridiculous. The store opens and closes when it pleases, the hours posted on Google are inaccurate, and the staff is rude. I had two bras to return, that were bought during the pandemic. I came to the store 3 times over the last six months to exchange the bras and each time the store was not open (yet the rest of the mall was open). I finally came back today and they were open (for another 5 mins!) and refused to do my exchange saying it has been too long. The products are standard items in the store and an exchange could have been so simple. Customer service at #Soma is horrible and I recommend others avoid shopping here. Both Nordstrom and Victoria’s Secret have same or better inventory and the employees are polite.
