If I could give 6 stars I would! I placed my first order for local delivery with SoulShine around 1pm on a Sunday. Brian delivered my coffee within 2 hours. I was stunned by the service. The MoonShine roast is excellent and I can’t wait to try other blends!

What a great coffee roaster! I have been using Soulshine Roasting for probably close to five years! I first started with Italian Dark Roast (which is totally awesome!) but my doctor told me to switch to decaff coffee and I was unhappy with all the store bought brands. I talked with Brian and he asked me about my tastes - likes and dislikes - and came up with a dark roast decaff for me that is awesome! My taste buds don't find all the subtle flavors others may find in coffee but I know what tastes good and this coffee was really good! Brian's roasting skills, and service attitude and desire have made buying coffee a pleasure - almost as good as drinking it! Thank you Brian and Mic for great coffee and service!!

Highly recommend SoulShine Roasting Company! I use one of Brian’s espresso blends on my coffee concession trailer and everyone loves it. Everything I have tried from SoulShine is just fantastic. SoulShine Roasting goes above and beyond with the quality of their products, the friendly nature of their business and the promptness of their delivery (or pickup). If you're looking for top of the line coffee beans roasted fresh per order, please give this business a go. There's a strong chance you'll join the "SoulGroup" of shining patrons who can attest to the excellence of these coffee beans. I've personally met the owner, Brian and he's been nothing but kind, as he offered to show me the inside scoop on what goes in to roasting this delicious product. Don't take my word. Put his beans against any other roaster near or far and taste the proof.

So far I've tried his "Colombia Andes Mountains", "Ethiopia Guji", "East Africa Roast", and "Moonshine Roast". All of which I've thoroughly enjoyed.

Had the opportunity to stop in the Roastery and got the history and geography of the coffee and beans. Was able to watch the small batch brew and took away some pounds of Deliciousness. looking forward to stopping in again on my travels. Coffee was absolutely delicious.

Amazing service! Coffee is so fresh. My entire kitchen smelled like coffee before I even opened my first bag. The difference in taste of fresh roasted is astounding!
