Decent variety of stores but it could be made much better with repaved parking lot and some new business locations added to the existing buildings.

I went to TOC for an appointment. Everyone was very nice. Great place to go if you have any kind of problem with your back, hips, legs, or knees. I've used them for years and love Dr. Scholl. He's really helped me with my back and neck.

Benders's gym is at Southgate Shopping Center. I go to Benders for a workout. Benders is a great place and great people.

Paved parking lot for several businesses.
Always packed.
Handicap parking.
Sidewalk has a few different wheelchair entrance ramps, but not in front of every business unfortunately.
Drink machine on end with grocery store and middle next to big lots
(grocery store, clothing store, pet store, bank, restaurant, nail salon, home decor, mocha shop)

I like this little strip mall, it has a great grocery store and very tidy thrift shop. The thrift store is kinda small, not a lot of electronics but the gave a decent clothes selection and they're usually organized by color which is very convenient when you only wear black.
