Ordered a dozen roses for delivery on Monday along with a mixed arrangement with tulips for delivery on Valentines day. The roses were a hit! Smooth phone transaction from Mississippi for local delivery. Great arrangement on the roses!

I ordered my wife a dozen of pink long stem roses because pink is her favorite color and you all sent her a bouquet that only had 4 red roses in it and some sun flowers and other flowers mixed in and it took 2 days to delivered it. When I got a picture of the flowers from her I was so disappointed and the.n when I called them to ask them about it they said they couldn't take the flowers back and they don't do refunds even though just gave her whatever they wanted to give her and not what I ordered. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. This is bad customer service. I am not pleased and again I am very disappointed because I wanted to my wife to be happy. It didn't have any pink roses in it at all.

Southern roots was a life saver for my wedding! I had an appointment with McBride florist and with an attitude they told me that they couldn’t do my bouquets. I called southern roots and she took my order with no problem and she is the sweetest florist I’ve ever met! She went above and beyond with mine and my bridesmaids boutiques. I would order with her in a heart beat thank you!

Margaret and Darrin went above and beyond to get the flowers I had my heart set on for my wedding. They also helped decorate at the venue to make sure everything was perfect. Josh and I will never be able to thank them enough for their kindness and hard work. We love our friends at Southern Roots!?
