I think these people are amazing. I have only been out a few times and that was for a short time in a terrible storm. I called about a concern on an electrical pole and they were out within a few hours. Love their phone app. Great service!!!

Never in my wildest dreams did I see myself liking a utility company. I’ve used them for 3 years now and found them reliable, reasonable and responsive when I call. Outages have been few and recovery time short. Highly recommended.

5 power outages in the past two weeks due to work with NO notification. Called the reps. They said they reached out to some but not all... they always remember to reach out when a bill is due. An apology is not enough for bad business practices PERIOD. These aren’t 5-10 minute outages. These are 2 to 6 hour outages. With NO notification to “select” few. Being courteous on the phone after the fact is not what I pay you for. Natural disasters are UNDERSTANDABLE for no notification obviously. Scheduled work that everyone I spoke to didn’t know about especially the one on DEC 23 when some of us were cooking for the holidays and got surprised with a 5 hour power outage are UNACCEPTABLE. If you try to pull the line we are trying to accommodate your electrical needs with state of the art and up to code equipment like you are doing us a favor save it, because we are MOST CERTAINLY paying for it and it’s the law. You should be REQUIRED to notify EVERY SINGLE customer and not just pick and choose at random and hope the word spreads.

Not a fan. Our rates seem to triple the instant there is the slightest demand. They stopped sending me account updates and shut off our power over 93 cents. If there is another option for your, home take it.

Terrible. We had a rental, sold the property, it was tenant occupied. Buyer never notified them, so now I am fighting collection for a bill acquired on a property we don't own. Spoke to Craig huff on the phone months ago, he knows who the buyer was. Called the collection agency, they got rude when they couldn't tell me how to resolve the issue and hung up on me. Use caution when dealing with this company.
