There are SO MANY things that can be found here!! We pick up souvenirs every trip to the beach from Souvenir City!! They have a large selection AND good pricing on beach wear, beach accessories, souvenirs!!

This store was very clean and had a friendly staff who were happy to help us. My daughter wanted an airbrush tshirt and they had it ready in just a few hours. I would definitely return to this store for souvenir purchases in the future.

Positive Update 10/21/2024: I would like to thank the store manager, Kolby, for taking the time to go out of his way for making this situation right. Yes, it took a bit of time, but he admitted that it was handled incorrectly and did what was right, quickly taking the initiative to correct it. He requested Ray-Ban to replace my wife's glasses and Ray-Ban did. Thank you, Kolby. Your customer service is greatly appreciated. When I'm in the area again, We will drop by for a visit. Respectfully, Nico!

Visited Souvenir City of Orange Beach on Memorial Day weekend this year and purchased some Ray-ban sunglasses for my wife. 3 weeks later while back in Texas. The screw in the arm snapped in half and half the screw stayed in the arm - clearly a defect. I called Souvenir City and spoke with a manager. Long story short, manager said Ray-ban would have to replace or fix, and then Ray-ban said because I purchased at the store they would need to replace. I was told by management that I would get a call back to assist me in who I could call to get this situation fixed. Never heard back: Learning experience. Purchase Ray-ban's directly from Ray-ban, not a souvenir store.

The store was pretty generic touristy stuff overall.

Review is primarily for the hair wrap. The lady doing the work was not very polite, or interested and spent a lot of time on her phone. She provided no directions on what to select then acted annoyed when we didn't know we were supposed to select X number of colors and beads. We can't know that if there's no sign and you don't tell us cause you are too busy on your phone.

She also flat out told my young daughter she didn't like the colors she picked. I'm sorry but we didn't ask for your opinion, let the kids have what they want.

All in all for two kids $100 for 30 mins of "work" from a rude employee, we won't be back next time we are in Orange Beach.

Fantastic stop to acquire your attire to go to the beach or show off your travel excursions to your friends back home. The staff was super friendly and helpful in finding what I wanted for my own collection. Definitely on my top list for souvenir shops!
