Horrible costumer service. Had a hot tub that needed checked out because it froze and I couldn’t figure out where it was leaking from. Called them and said they could swing buy and pick up after dropping one off in town for another client. I thought great but then the waiting started. After a couple weeks I called back to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about and they assured me I was still in there books to pick up our tub. After a couple more weeks I called again and got the run around about they were short handed and that they had been busy working the spring expo in town that they still had me down and would call when they were in town. Well it’s been almost a year now and we’ve given up on them and have decided to just scrap our old tub and will be looking to buy new. We will not be using spa world in rock springs because of there poor costumer service.
