These folks are wonderful! I've gotten several prescriptions for my cat from them, and they are so good about explaining how to administer them. They really take their time to make sure I know how to do it right. Their service is quick and their prices are very reasonable. Everyone I've dealt with has been very friendly. They act like they appreciate my business, and I appreciate them for that!

They prepare a compound for our 17 year old dog. Before he started to take the medicine I thought he was a goner. Thanks to the Vet and this pharmacy he’s doing much better, his coughing has subsided drastically. They do nice work.

I have been getting compounded hormones at this pharmacy for a while, and have had no issues until today. My prescription contains 3 syringes of cream. I took a syringe out of the prescription bag this morning and it was empty (brand new, no residue in it). Spoke to what I assume was the pharmacist, he said there’s absolutely no way they made a mistake, and he accused me of using a syringe and putting an empty one back in the bag. I am bringing the empty syringe to the pharmacy so that they can see it was never filled, but with this man’s attitude and his statement that they could never make a mistake, as well as now reading other reviews on people getting less prescriptions than what they were supposed to, I would never return to this pharmacy.

I'm very grateful to have a place like this, my dog { Alexa / Tewksbury } is in her last years, sadly , and people should be happy - to have a place like this to go to, Service is Professional , the Pharmacy is a Clean upscale setting, very clean, staff very friendly. I've been around animals all my life, and done more then my share of rescue work over the years - I also come from farm country , case and point - I do highly recommend and trust this company with my dogs health issues / meds. I have had nothing, but good experiences with Specialty Pharmacy. My vet had our rescue cat’s thyroid medicine on back order. Thankfully the vet tech had offered to send the prescription to Specialty Pharmacy. The pharmacy had it ready within the hour and I have been going to this pharmacy for this cat’s thyroid medicine ever since. The prescription is ready the same day I phone it in. I’m able to walk-in and get the prescription right away, unlike other places where there are wait lines. One day I procrastinated on calling it in and Nichole (from the pharmacy) called me to remind me it was due for a refill. One vet appointment the dosage was changed and the vet’s office did not adjust the prescription. The pharmacy had kindly adjusted it for me. Making my life easier! I am glad to have found this place!

I would give zero stars if I could to a company that shorts prescriptions and then gaslights the customers by telling them they made a mistake in dosing. I have been a pet owner for my entire life (61 years) and have never had a problem with a pharmacy until I had the misfortune of dealing with this one. The antibiotics were supposed to last for 10 days and they only lasted for eight, then they tried to blame me for giving my pet too much. No, that’s not true, abusive gaslighters.

There were at least three times that they shorted the prescriptions so I now boycott this company and they will never see me again. Please use Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Walmart, anything except this company. If you MUST use this pharmacy, I suggest you have them measure or weigh out the prescription in front of you so you can be assured you’re getting what you pay for and the amount your pet needs.

Shame on SP for deceptive and abusive practices. You can’t go out of business soon enough for me.
