Originally purchased adjustable upper arms from SPC, to replace rusted stuck OEM. But then stuck up here in Canada with faulty ball joints. Jordan at SPC was very helpfull in providing warranty replacements. Very quick and efficient. My truck was out of service for maybe 2 weeks but the alternative was to go back to OEM and not being able to get it aligned in a couple years. 5 stars after sale service!

Just walked out the door and had to write this immediately. I am blown away with the level of commitment to their product and customers. I had a warranty replacement, once they realized i lived near the shop, they offered to do the install and alignment. Its rare for a company to stand behind their product the way SPC does. While most companies warranty departments tries to get out of replacing product, SPC does everything in their power to make it right. Needless to say, i'll be back for the next build!

This place deserves 1 million stars for how long they have been here supporting tuners and techs forever. Easy customer service. Heck there's a free tuner show Sept 23rd. They throw down at Sema year after year.. plus the parts they sell actually have r and d. Not a fake Megan racing tuner pipe missing everything. It pays to use a company who both, works the research and is working to be part of the community too. 😉

You guys have great customer service but your quality seems to be on a downward trend. I off-road in my 4Runner and it seems you are catering more to the “looks” crowd.

Bushing went bad on my first set of adjustable UCA’s after only a year and a half of use both on and off-road (your excellent customer service replaced them under warranty) and now my second set is developing play in less than a year!!!

I should be provided a credit so I can go with a different brand for my UCAs because this is inexcusable.
