Load out us door 2 or 3. Door 1 is for deliveries. Slide tandems to rear of trailer.
Fantastic employees, quiet area of town, as long as truck next to you doesn't idle their engine.
Stop loading at 10:00 pm Eastern Time.

Raphael is the Man!
He was very nice telling me how things are done there.
I arrived 12:30 for a 14:00.
I was allowed to dock,but didn't get started loading until 14:20.
I was done and sealed by 15:15.
Everyone was nice.
No parking definitely no overnight parking.
No parking close by that I saw.

Load was loaded perfect.

Small but easy place to maneuver your truck to the docks, it does not have parking and although I was 12 hrs late for my trailer to be loaded apparently due to slow production, I will give them 3 stars because the two people who served me are very friendly and today in Nowadays it is very difficult to find good people. Thanks

Appointment time 9AM. Was informed they start loading at 9 AM. BOLs in hand, 9:28 AM. No overnight parking due to geographic area of facility. Great people. Great service. Will load there anytime I can!

I'm a truck driver and just about every time of visit this place to pick up, I get Raphael from shipping. Im here to say that specialty needs to hire alot more people like this guy!! Raphael's service is excellent, very pleasant to talk to, quick loading, I have nothing bad to say about him. I wish every place I went had somebody like this guy. This fellow absolutely deserves a raise! Keep up the good work!

Im a truck driver. The guys who load are super quick. Friendly too. Pre-cool your reefer. Wait till the last minute to open your doors and back to your door. Slide your tandems back. This will get you loaded quicker. When i drove up I noticed I was 2nd in line. Driver was posted to drive out. 2nd is waiting for 1st to leave but I noticed 2nd driver doors were open and reefer was on. You can see the cold air coming out. 1st leaves and 2nd driver backs into door. I drove into the lot. I go to check in. The guy asked. How's your fuel, and what temp is you're feefer. I said I had half a tank of fuel for reefer, but I will fuel after I leave the city. Then I said my reefer is set at zero and before I came in it was reading 2. The guy quickly turned and asked what I repeated. He said good. Door 3. I back into door slide my tandems back pull forward far enough to safely open my doors. Then backed up into door. Not long after I felt my truck moving. It must have taken 20 minutes Then the loader knocked on my door and says I was done. I pull up and started to close my door. At this time the other driver walked out if his truck and was yelling how come he loaded me first and not him, he been waiting an hour. So the loader said that means you're refer doors have been open for an hour.

Our appointment was yesterday at 3;00 pm and we got here but they didn't start loading us till 8 pm and about 10 last night they came out here and told us that they would have to finish us at 6 am the next morning because the equipment broke.That was not the case the guy lied to us so that he could go home so the guy that came in this morning came in to a big mess and was not happy so it's after 8 am and we are still here 16 hours later.I would stay away from this facilty.

The guy who is in charge of loading-unloading process doesn’t care that your truck came in first and on time. 2.5 hours past. Now he told me that he is going to lunch.
