Questionable pricing habits. They are able to change the price of just about every item, and will upsell/discount paint and supplies depending on who you are, and how much money they want to make.

Cody is my go to guy for deck paint.
It’s been three years and I’m giving our deck another coat. Cody, I’m bringing my deck paint back for a shake now that it is warming up. I’ll post the after pictures when I’m done. Thanks guys

Gone downhill in the past few months. The manager of nearly 10 years left and they have been scrambling to replace him. Every few weeks there is a new manager, and they can never keep track of what you order.

I've had a positive experience each time I've gone in to Spectrum Paint in Siloam Springs. Rick has always taken the time to answer my questions and give me advice. I bought Empress paint in eggshell and was very happy with it. I've painted a lot of walls and have never used a paint that covered as well as it did. I appreciate that I can go in and get quick service and an educated, expert opinion. I'll be happy to go back.

Many thanks to Rick at Spectrum Paint in Siloam Springs, AR. We were in need of guidance regarding gel stains and selecting colors. We have been buying our paint here for many years. Their prices are competitive, but even if the paint is slightly more expensive than big box stores, it covers so much better, meaning you won't need as much paint. The staff is knowledgeable and keep careful records of the colors you've used. They can do a great job of matching colors.
