Great location and excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Be aware that there may be a wait time because they are busy and that's not a reason to leave a bad review. Walk-ins are always welcome but it's better to make a reservation if you can.

Although not perfect, they are sooooo much better than their competitors. I signed up for their phone service after experiencing a very positive experience with their home internet customer service. Jose at this branch was very helpful and explained everything clearly. We even cut our bill by half from our previous provider. Store is located in a very shopping area with lots of parking. A pro tip is to make an online appointment before you come since this is a busy store

It’s the same as everyone else’s review. The wait is excruciating. Most inefficient customer service. And because I’m the next in line sharing the same feedback, which just tells us that the feedback is just as useless as it is to come to this location for any spectrum needs. I witnessed at least 5 different groups of people wait, lose their patience and just leave, all while I waited my turn.

10 people waiting 30 minutes each is begging to have this location with the lowest rating possible (or at least if its peers)

My issue is mostly with their promotional pricing and lack of transparency there. They jacked up my prices and then made it hard to disconnect my service (you have to call in, wait on hold, talk to them, listen to them tell you that you’ll lose your “promotion” which is funny considering the reason I cancelled is because they were charging me 50% more than the promotional price) — don’t know if any other internet providers are any better though! Also it takes two whole weeks for them to take you off autopay, so although you technically can cancel anytime, you’ll still be charged for the next cycle if it’s within two week.

The waiting list was so unbearably long. We only came in for a replacement cable box, and we departed with the old one that no longer records more than one show at a time.

I would rather switch to Ting or ATT FIBER, but my hubby is afraid he will lose sports channels (which is not true.). So, we’re stuck with 20th Century technology in the 21st Century until hubby gets TOTALLY FED UP.
