Lady with blue/blond hair saw someone else drop a chucky doll then blamed it on these 4 kids who thought the doll was cool saying “don’t take pictures of the doll and put it back NOW or buy it” then threw something at them .Her attitude was very bad towards the kids and kicked them out.

Where do I begin with the absolute catastrophe that unfolded during my recent visit to what once was my beloved Spencer's store? If I were to recount every single infuriating detail of this horrendous experience, we'd be here until the sun decides to throw in the towel and implode! But alas, let me put this monumental disaster into words that might convey even a fraction of my sheer and unrelenting outrage. I arrived at Spencer's, hoping for the usual quirky and delightful shopping experience that has been my staple for years. Instead, I encountered a terrible scene that was a cruel prank orchestrated by a reality TV show. First, the individual at the door – who, judging by the calm demeanor, might have been the manager – was an absolute disgrace. This person dared to wear their mask in a manner so incorrect it defied all logic and reason. It dangled precariously from one ear, failing its fundamental purpose of covering the nose and mouth. In a time when basic health protocols were paramount, this blatant disregard for safety was irresponsible and downright contemptuous. But wait, there's more. This same individual seemed utterly engrossed in their phone, as if performing their job was an unwelcome interruption to their digital socializing. The sheer arrogance and disrespect shown by ignoring customers in favour of a smartphone are beyond comprehension. It's as if I had walked into their living room uninvited rather than entering a place of business where customer service should be the highest priority. No greeting, no assistance offered, just a vacant stare and a thumb furiously tapping away at a screen. Now, let's talk about the salesperson. Oh, the horror! Picture this: a salesperson, not standing ready to assist but rather seated on the floor in a manner that can only be described as careless. Their appearance was unkempt, and the utter lack of professionalism was staggering. This wasn't a tired worker taking a brief respite; this was an embodiment of apathy and neglect. How can one expect customers to take the store seriously when the staff themselves do not? Just when I thought things couldn't possibly get worse, they did. Enter the pink-haired young lady – a walking, talking calamity. Her behavior was not merely unprofessional; it was downright appalling. She decided that the best way to address her petty grievance was to throw a tantrum of epic proportions. Boxes were flung about recklessly, creating a chaotic and hazardous environment. The sheer lack of self-control and basic decency displayed by this individual was nothing short of astonishing. Witnessing such a spectacle in a place of business was disheartening and infuriating beyond measure. This entire experience has been a masterclass in how not to run a store. It has effectively driven me away, possibly forever. My disappointment level is profound, given my long-standing loyalty to Spencer's. For years, I have been a faithful customer, finding joy in the unique and eclectic offerings of the store. But this recent visit has shattered all those positive associations. The store desperately needs a complete overhaul, starting with its staff. Employing more mature, professionally behaved individuals is not just a suggestion but an urgent necessity. The behavior of the staff, particularly the pink-haired miscreant, was not just offensive; it was repulsive to the core. I am disgusted and genuinely perplexed about how such an individual could be deemed fit for employment. This wasn't a minor slip-up or a bad day; this was an egregious display of incompetence and disrespect. It is utterly baffling that anyone in their right mind would think such behavior is acceptable in any setting, let alone a customer-facing role.

the young lady with pink hair was so incredibly rude. threw a literal tantrum. threw boxes around. made us never want to walk into that store again. shame because I like Spencer's, but this store seriously needs more mature staff that's at least a little educated on how to act in a professional setting. was seriously grossed out by her ugly attitude. not sure how someone like that gets hired.

The staff is always chill here and helpful it makes me feel the most comfortable in the mall. Don't dare say any place has gender neutral clothing til you go here. The clothes can be worn by anyone and sizes are mostly in size m or xl etc to make finding a fit easy. They also sell manga and witchcraft stuff. There is always a buy four get one shirts and again the staff are cool and even have a good bond with each other.

Super friendly and helpful staff.. They wrapped up my breakable drinking glasses. However, they promised an additional 20% off my purchase for glass had big scratch on it, but they forgot. I noticed after we left that there was no 20%discount but no biggie. Still nice people.
