I love buying from Spencer's TV & Appliance. You always get a greeting when you walk in. The store is always clean. There is never any pressure from the sales team to purchase anything. This is the third time I have purchased from this company. The first time was for a refrigerator, the second time was for a stove, now my latest purchase was a washer and dryer. I love that they pick up and recycle the old appliances (for a small fee), and they deliver and set up. I never pay any interest charges because I pay off within the year. I always have a great experience with this store!

We needed to purchase a refrigerator and washer and dryer on very short notice. We were referred to Spencer’s and had such a great experience from first arriving at the store, a very helpful sales person and then a great experience with the 2 delivery men. They were quick and neat. They quickly got our 3 appliances in and installed. Tested them to make sure everything was working properly. Then gave me some basic instructions and were on their way. Excellent experience. We will be back if we need anything else. Thank you!

Expensive but you get what you pay for and even their cheap stuff was top grade products. I will be getting a fridge if not a fridge and washer and dryer as well here. Maybe a TV with the prices looking good
PS: I love the fact the salesmen didn't attack me making me feel uncomfortable. They simply said I'm here if you need me after just saying hello AFTER I walked around for a bit

Excellent experience, no high-pressure sales tactic, simply greeted coming in, said what I was looking for they showed me the way and then gave me time to look around, when I was ready with my questions the salesman was prompt and informative. Prices were great and took advantage of the free installation promo. Two days later their installer was on time and efficient. Cleaned up everything explained the system and was on his way. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with purchasing appliances. Spencer's is my go-to going forward as I start to replace the rest of my 15-year-old appliances.
