The young lady was not as friendly as the male cashier. No on actually helped. I had to go to them to ask for sizes verses them greeting me and asking did I need help. Made a big purchase regardless. Customer service sucks. Guess it’s the generational change

Although we walked in close to closing time (within 10 minutes) the clerk still took time to answer questions and allowed us to try the shoes on. Most people would be mad but he did it with a smile and did not rush us at all.

Cashier was very polite and fast. She got me in and out as expected when doing up a pick up order. To be honest I wasn’t aware of that store but definitely will return! Great workers at the Sports Addition in the WesternHills Mall location.
