It was cool The people who work at the JD shoe place were alright, they were busy but there was one in particular that I thought was rude. Some of the employees that work at shoe places are sometimes very friendly and helpful and there are some that are just plain ignorant and rude.
Like Champs for instance, I went in there looking for a particular shoe and a couple who walked in the same time I did. The guy turned and asked if we were looking for something in particular and coincidentally they had what they wanted in mind and instead of turning around to ask me if I needed anything he completely ignored me and walked past me twice, the second one was blatant and I walked out. Mind you there was about 2 to 4 somewhat young employees huddled in the corner talking not doing their job so they lost a sale and saved me money. I won’t be returning there anytime soon if I ever do.
On the side note though the other stores we went to like Spencer’s for instance was absolutely amazing! Friendly staff, excellent customer service and wonderful help. Very patient and professional.
They get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and so does the little jewelry place that has set up shop in the middle of the mall. They get a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ also. The first store gets a 4 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ and Champs gets 0️⃣. Otherwise I had a nice family outing!

Nestled in the heart of Springfield, the Springfield Mall holds a special place in the community's heart. Despite its smaller size and the shifting landscape of retail, this mall manages to maintain a surprisingly steady flow of visitors. While the quality of stores may not be what it once was, there's still a charm to be found within its walls.

One of the highlights of the Springfield Mall is the addition of a Target, which has become a beloved anchor for shoppers. The convenience of having a well-stocked Target within the mall is undeniable, and it adds a modern touch to the traditional mall experience.

It's interesting to note that the mall seems to be more popular now than it was two decades ago, with a noticeable increase in foot traffic. Perhaps it's the rise of nostalgia or the desire for a convenient place to spend time, but whatever the reason, the bustling atmosphere is palpable.

For those who enjoy leisurely strolls and window shopping, the Springfield Mall offers a pleasant environment. It's a great spot to spend time when you have a few hours to spare and want to immerse yourself in a bit of retail therapy.

However, it's worth mentioning that prices at the mall tend to be on the higher side, reflecting the typical markup associated with mall shopping. For this reason, many visitors, like myself, prefer to use the mall for browsing rather than purchasing.

Overall, Springfield Mall may not be the shining beacon of retail it once was, but it still holds a special allure for those seeking a taste of nostalgia or simply a place to pass the time. With its mix of old-school charm and modern amenities, it's a destination worth exploring for both locals and visitors alike.

All the good stores are leaving! Every other mall I go to is getting new stores every time. But this mall has been the same since 2013. We now lost the book store🥲. The clothing stores aren’t the greatest selection. Please give us something new.. one time I was there and someone literally used the restroom on the floor outside the Macys. This mall is tragic..

I have been going to this jiffy lube site for years and could not understand why they kept telling me I didn’t have oil in my car every time I went to get an oil change.
But then I realized that I had an oil leak because someone did not install the oil pan and filter on correctly. (They had to see that there was a leak because underneath the car was always soaked with oil, but they never mentioned that there was a problem) they continued to ignore air and just change my oil.
They also never topped any of my other fluids off, I was riding around with no coolant along with other car fluids.
This jiffy lube is the worst and I would not recommend no one to go here.

I don't care for malls. I only go here when I'm visiting a cheese steak shop in the food court. It's very quiet most times (not holidays), clean, and absolutely boring. But it seems safe for teens.

I will say the presence of security is low. This may be a good sign, but might be a bad thing if anything were to happen requiring their assistance.

Soooooooooo boring! I had the most fun in Target. The store selection is soooo bad! Not much of a variety or much to choose from. The “food court” is so bad! The absolute worst stores! It definitely wasn’t crowded except at the Auntie Anne’s line. Lol, seems like everyone was at the mall for a pretzel. Definitely won’t be going back.

It's nothing really in this mall to be honest. A couple sneaker stores, Spencers, hot topic and a bunch of random stores im sure nobody really visits. I would keep going and try other malls before i stop here.
