Best chai on the island. Very sweet and solid service. The owner is a gem! Great for hanging out front with a book or working inside. I love that it’s a mix of folks hanging out and working and not just one or the other. Favorite neighborhood spot!

Love this neighborhood spot. Very sunny. Nice windows. Good rotating art. Soft relaxing music. Almond milk latte and banana bread are my favorites. They have other taste treats. Food menu is very limited. Next to big park if you want to walk off that banana bread.
