The employees have zero customer service etiquette. There were numerous times that I’ve noticed and came in and acted a certain way with certain shoppers. The facial expressions and the way they speak to you.

Sorry for all that had a bad experience.
I luckily didn't I had a girl help me find a dress I really liked...
I didn't see any girls sitting around gossiping and the cashier made eye contact with me...
Told me to have a great rest of my day....
But if they have so many bad reviews they should probably consider firing and rehiring but we'll mannered staff and not only one race..... And I'm Mexican with dark hair.... I'll still shop here because I like the clothes there ....

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I stopped in after seeing the trendy clothes through their windows and was greeted by multiple employees. Several times while I shopped, employees added things I grabbed to add to my dressing room that they started. One employee shared that they get new items everyday so recommended that I come back often. Spent way more than I intended, but prices were decent for the unique pieces. I’m not from around here otherwise I’d definitely be addicted. The employees are all cute young women so maybe are being judged for that, but I thought their service was great.

I’ve been in this store a few times before but can I say when I went in today the way the (white) employees stared me down and didn’t acknowledge or welcome me sure was blatant racism. I was the only Asian in this store and majority of people, white. Every person that had walked in before and after me were white and the ones after me sure received a “welcome!” I noticed this all while they kept giving me stares and just ended up leaving. Seeing as I’m not the only person who has left a review of being discriminated against, I hope for this business to re-evaluate their workers. As cute as the store and clothes are, definitely not worth the stink and racist attitudes of these employees. Disappointed but not surprised.

I’ve been going to this store for the past 3 years and I’m not the type of customer to leave bad reviews but they have the dumbest customer service. I walked into the store no one greeted me, I was like ok whatever. 2 I seen a outfit set on display and asked the girl ( she’s in the corner whispering with the other girls)
I asked her for the outfit in my size. She made a face. And I asked for my size and to be ringed up. When she is charging me, it wasn’t the price that I seen on the price tag on the display. I told her I seen a different price and showed her.
Says” let me call my manager”
Manager storms in they go to the corner and are whispering on the corner.
Then comes and says it the price she stated. “ they made a mistake. * ALL Rude*
I understand mistakes can happen. But they have no business management or customer service.

Upon first waking in this store with my best friend for a girls shopping day i noticed about 3-5 girls walking around, no one greeted us so i figured they were shopping as customers. As me and my friend spilt up i was looking at the jewlery. I quickly noticed a necklace i had to have so i was looking for my initials for the necklace. A girl who in fact was an employee was fixing the jewlery and not once asked me if i needed help while i was clearly going through looking for my initial. The two other girls who i quickly realized worked there (because one was behind the counter) were the ENTIRE time talking about how they felt about their boyfriends going to strip clubs while acting like they were fixing clothes on the rack. Neither one of those girls even acknowledged me and my friend as we walked the entire store pulling out item sharing how cute we thought they were. Although I did not deserve customer service from these women i still wanted my necklace. I asked who the manager was in the store if there even was one and the cashier called one of the other girls out "Maddie" i just responded with ok just wondering. I felt completely discriminated against and it was obvious that it was because my friend and i were brown shopping in a store run by insubordinate Caucasian females. As a store manager of many retail stores, i could not believe that experience. Completely disgusting and inappropriate. leadership should really consider who they have representing their company and how they treat people.

Went in today to find a dress for my babyshower and the girls in there are very rude, I was getting looked at like I’m not good enough for their standards or something. I see them helping other costumers like it’s no problem but when I ask for help it’s like they have something else important to do with their time. When I went to checkout the girl didn’t look me in the face or talk but had no problem staring at my fiancé, asked for my card then handed me my item. This wasn’t my first time in here and I’ve been treated like this on every occasion
