Whoever did the recent redesign of this store has never had to shop in a grocery store before. The only reason I came here was because all of my items used to be conveniently located in one section of the store, as I shop for a dietary restriction. The new layout makes it not worth coming here anymore. The manager and I spent time together looking for an item that we simply could not find and eventually gave up on.

This is probably the worst, most frustrating store in the entire U.S. Maybe even in the world—or the universe. But you won’t realize it until you try the self-checkout. I’ve never seen such a terrible system in any store in America. While you’re scanning your items, the checkout process will be interrupted countless times for no reason. If you’re just buying milk and bananas, the machine will probably stop and scream “Stop, thief!” five, maybe seven times. Any sneeze or even a glance in the wrong direction, and you’ll hear, “Please wait, help is on the way.”

There’s no convenient handheld scanner to scan items directly in your cart, like in every other store. ShopRite, Whole Foods, Wegmans—even a deli in the middle of the Arizona desert has one. But not here. There’s also no easy way to search for items by number or name. Everything is designed so that you waste more time navigating through the menus. And, of course, you’ll get the frequent “Please wait, help is on the way” interruptions. You just can’t escape it. It’s almost impressive how they managed to create such an infuriating self-checkout system. I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere in the U.S.

First time and I will probably never do grocery shopping here again. Other than the higher price, the fresh products have serious quality issues: organic broccoli has rubber taste and tomatoes are the most bland I have ever tasted; Mozzarella cheese is sour and upon checking 3 days past use by date; frozen chicken shows blue spots boiled. Not only a waste of money but also cooking time…

First visit here for a quick pick up and I was impressed with how well-stocked and organized each aisles were. The meat, poultry and seafood looked fresh and the bakery had some delicious options. Some items are priced quite high; however overall the quality appears very good and worth paying a bit extra for freshness. The location is directly off Rt.15N & S.

My favorite grocery store. Prices aren't always the absolute lowest, but they're close and the produce and variety are fresh and plentiful.

I like to come to this store. However, I encountered a rude behavior on the part of one of the cashiers. It was a couple of months ago that a young black girl refused to put my merchandise into the bag. I had to ask her again and she did with some attitude. She said that I had to say "please". By the way, I did. I didn't get her name, I forgot to look at the bage.
Today it happened again with the same girl. She was reluctant to put my stuff into my bag. When I asked she did with dissappointment. I could not get her name because the bage was hidden under the clothes.
After coming home I looked at the receipt and found the cashier's name. It's Tara. Unless she didn't sign up yet because she just took over the register after another girl.
Management should do something about it! You hire people who are not polite and not willing to be nice and to offer a proper service!!!!
