For most part all was good - the code work the front gate and the storage shed was cleaned. I would suggest that you provide a map of your facility with the location of the unit you have assigned to the client highlighted. The driving area is rather tight and maneuvering to find our unit was tricky with our truck and trailer. Also, advise client that they will need plyers to cut off the temporary lock to get into the storage unit.

Great, safe and clean place to keep your storage! They have all the space to fit your needs - whether it’s a boat, RV, camper, etc. They have units and parking spots available in many different sizes. The staff is very friendly and super helpful as well, 10/10 recommend!

Contacted Store It - Gitts to check on availability of a site for a trailer and Stacey was very helpful and friendly. Visited the site and it was well taken care of and very secure. We booked the site and would recommend Store It to anyone who needs a “professional storage site”.

Do not have an issue after hours, there is no one to respond. 6 pm I tried to retrieve my camper and my code was blocked. The next day I find out it’s because they attempted to charge me the next month after I notified them I would be moving out the end of this month. I sent back a text saying I shouldn’t be billed for May because I had cancelled. So she says that it’s my fault I sent “I cancelled” and because I had auto pay she needed to turn that off and blocked my entrance when I still had a week left. Word to the wise-do not give notice, cancel the day you move out. I’ve wasted a vacation day due to this and I could’ve dealt with it but being told it’s my fault when she didn’t honor the paid time I had and I never said I moved out. In fact they told me I needed to send a photo once I was gone and I had not done that. Seriously bad customer service.
