Over the years, I've had multiple storage units. I can't recall any of them increasing as much as this one. I started with a deal and after that ended, it's gone up a couple of times. I'm almost paying double what I started with. I just wish I knew what I was getting myself into by choosing this brand. First time I've used it. Usually I use the bigger names but after a little mixup I landed at this one and now I regret. I just want to give people a heads up before choosing this one.

One thing I noticed that does concern me is that the units aren't exactly secured. There are slots in between the units that connect. I'm not sure why they have these. I've never seen this in other brands I've used. The slots are somewhat difficult to reach but if someone was determined enough, I'm sure they could figure a way to get into their neighbors unit. For these two reasons, I will never use this brand again. And i would recommend against anyone else using them as well.

This is my favorite storage unit business in this entire area. I have used other storage units for other companies throughout the years and this is honestly my favorite one. I love the office staff and the units are clean and the overall property is clean. Being around kind people gives off good vibes. This property is also very safe. I feel like my belongings are safe here and access to get into the property is easy. If you enroll in automatic payment, you are able to have extended access hours.

I have been with storage quest for 2 years. My experience with storage quest has been amazing and easy. Their property is very clean, their A/C units are always nice and cool. Raylene is always so nice and helpful and the staff is great

Will continue to recommend StorQuest to anyone who lives in the desert. I came here for the climate controlled units. My parents have a unit here and when I came to get my own, Raylien and Miranda were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Raylien took me to view different units on a golf cart which I was thankful for considering the heat. Best place!!
