Stu’s Brews is my favorite local coffee shop! With diverse options, friendly service, and a convenient location- it truly is the best little gem! My drinks are always consistent, and I’ve yet to experience the dreaded “burnt espresso” tasting coffee that I’ve had elsewhere.

Their menu is posted online and is super easy to use, and it’s worth following their Instagram to keep up on their specials (strawberry matcha special this month is SO GOOD!) They also have really yummy sandwiches & smoothies- perfect to grab during a lunch break! Love love love Stu’s Brews! 🙂

I can say without a doubt, Stu’s has the best service, food and coffee drinks out of any establishment in Humboldt. They have the friendliest & super funny demeanors, which I love first thing in the morning. They always provide the perfect fuel for my long 12 hour shifts.

We ordered pick up from their website. The breakfast sandwich & latte was wonderful. The Black Forest latte didn't come as sweet as other places. I could actually taste the coffee.

We're just visiting the area, but if we were locals, I have a feeling this would become our go-to place. I had a 16oz Hum Yum Caramel Latte and was warned that it was a triple shot. I don't think I would have noticed because it was so smooth and tasty. I also had a Spicy Turkey Breakfast Sando, which was SO GOOD. Honestly, the best breakfast I have had on this trip. Husband had a Pumpkin Iced Cold Brew and a Banana Bliss bagel and was equally happy with his order. As I write this there are nearly 200 reviews and they maintain a 5 star rating. I will not be the one to change that because it's well deserved. The care and passion are clear in every part of this coffee shop! Go check it out!

Sticky buns, yesssss!!! Plus all organically-sourced libations & if you ask nicely they’ll heat up some meat for you on the side.

(DO NOT take that the wrong way!! 😆That was a G-rated comment. I mean, if you want to balance out all the sugar & carbs with some Paleo-friendly protein!)

Great organic drive up coffee shop and all organic syrup flavors and organic milk! Creative monthly special drinks and the food is good as well. The best part is the drinks are consistently delicious and made like they should be, unlike so many other coffee shops where one day it’s good and the next it’s not.

Service is always very friendly and accommodating. Definitely my new favorite spot for coffee in Eureka.

Staff takes care to take your order if there's a line; they walk out of the drive through building to greet you at your car window. They're always very pleasant. I absolutely love how many local vendors are supported at this business. They're walking the talk of buy local! Their menu looks unique and amazing, so I'm excited to try all the things.
