Did not listen to what I wanted. Kept suggesting on doing it a different way. After I said I didn’t want it that way. I wanted a partial perm but she still did what she wanted after I stated more than once I didn’t want that. So now I’m stuck with a perm that I didn’t want after voicing it more than once so I’m out of 80 dollars since they would not listen to anything I was saying at all.
This is nothing like I wanted and showed pictures of what I had done before!!!!!
She used a blow dryer to my hair. When your not supposed to use one for a perm!!

Nail tech was very good with my mom, very upbeat and engaging. Mom gets confused sometimes, but Penny(?) was very sweet and patient. She did a great job on Mom's nails, even painted a nicely done bunny on one of her nails. I felt prices were very reasonable for such personal service.

Nikki Kelly has to be one of the most talented hair colorists I know. She has done my hair for years. She listens to you and is always very helpful. I have never been disappointed with her services. Haircuts, a new style and coloring. You will never go anywhere else after she is finished. Nikki is a true gem.

I was really hoping to find a place to get mine and my daughter's hair cut, but this will not be it. My daughter had an appointment, but we had to wait and thank goodness I didn't bring my other daughter (who also had an appointment) because Molly claimed to be confused and we would have been waiting a long time. It was my daughter's first hair cut, which I explained on the phone and Molly said that she was the youngest there and would be happy to cut it...lets just say I will not go back. Joy cut my daughters hair cute, but I didn't think I would have to ask to wash her hair (sorta a given) or to turn on music...we could have heard crickets...lets just say I wish this wasn't my daughter's 1st experience at a salon...nothing against Joy because she was nice, but I will not go back.

This salon is Amazing with Great Staff! Molly offers the best spa pedicures and Joy is an expert with hair and wonderful to talk to. I've really enjoyed all of my experiences here and all of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant. A gem of a place - and affordable!! Highly recommend!!!

Hairstylists are nice and most of them are good (one time the person i was with had her bangs cut very noticeably uneven) but they are near impossible to contact, I have called them several times on several days working with their business hours and never get a response, and when going in person and asking to make an appointment they write down my phone number to call me back and then never contact me. Very unprofessional.

While on vacation in Pilot Mountain, NC I decided to pamper myself with a mani/pedi. I came across Hair Salon 114. Reached out for an appointment for the following morning. Easy and quick to set appointment. Molly was the nail tech who did my appointment. She was sweet, friendly and worked very hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Nails look great. She was in No rush and took her time working on my nails, which is so refreshing when most places push you through as fast as possible. Very relaxing and calming! Will go back!!
