AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had an extremely dangerous situation occur today that’s now ended up costing me hundreds in losses. The inept attendants at the station knew there was a problem with the pump (could have been multiple pumps-I don’t know) because they had called in someone to service the pumps BUT didn’t put any bags or do not use signage out. I was unaware and pumped a full tank. The pump filled the tank very quickly and it didn’t cut off as expected. Gas went everywhere, including all over my body (hair, clothes, underwear, shoes) and also all over a convertible (inside and out). I went in and asked for help. They were so uncaring. I couldn’t believe it! I had to drive immediately home, scared to death due to amount of gas on my clothes. It was burning my skin and it had the taste in my mouth! i called poison control because i was so freaked out. I called the non-emergency police line because of the unsafe conditions and they said they were contacting the fire department. They did put a bag on the pump, but they told me themselves that they knew there was an issue before I tried to use the pump so this whole incident could have been avoided 😩

All my clothes are ruined, i had to pay $100 to get the gas off the car and the convertible top/leather interior cleaned professionally. I’m still a little bit in shock. I’m just thankful no one was hurt or possibly killed as a result of the spewing gas. Avoid this place even if it means running out of gas and having to walk! I’d prefer that to this experience!

The service at this gas station is horrible, the staff just stands behind the counter chit chatting with one another in Spanish with no regards to customer what so ever unless you male! The pumps look sketchy, & won't give you a receipt. I bought beef jerky that was expired there & if you try to ask the staff questions there rude, unsure if maybe it's a language gap, I do speak Spanish but I shouldn't have to in public at a gas station. Oh & the music is SO...SO LOUD.....playing you can hear it across the street at carls jr. no exaggeration.

Don’t say it’s open 34 hrs and not stay open !!! Whoever manages this in the late shift is bot concerned for customers that travel in the middle of the night or have to work early morning. The guy is rude and closes the counter without notice. Do better!!!!

They don’t provide restrooms which is illegal in California. Also, not truck friendly for diesel. They do give you an Portapoty!!! 🤮🤢

BEWARE! Possible card skimmer at this location. Used my card here last night and woke up to 400 dollars being pulled out of my account. Brand new card I hadn't physically used. Left my phone in the car so had to use it here, crazy big mistake 😂. Hope y'all run out of business.

!!!NEVER use your card at this gas station..
I was putting gas here yesterday and I had more than enough money for a full tank of gas, it only put $1.25 then stopped as if that were all the money I had in my card. I proceeded to try again and it said my card was invalid/insufficient funds. I checked my balance in my card and it said $0.00. It took $100 out of my card but gave NO GAS! The lady at the cashier said this happens often and it would take no more then 8 hours for the funds to be replaced back into my card... ITS BEEN 24hrs and NOTHING has been replaced back into my account!!! unreal.

First gas pump didn’t work and they claim that all the gas pumps are working and I have never had trouble with the gas pump before. So I drove to a different pump got gas. Then I went back in to ask about the restroom and they said it’s outside but they didn’t know the code to use it and giggled. Second time I’ve been burned in Santa Barbara by stopping at a gas station to get gas and wanted to use the restroom and I didn’t have one or in this case obviously didn’t want you to use the portapotty. Did not I could stop some people from going to the bathroom or me either. Get it together. I’ll try not to buy gas in Santa Barbara again.

At 11:26 PM went to go get gas and the rude lady behind the counter refused to serve me gas. She asked for my ID when I purchased beer and I tossed it on the counter, she complained I threw it at her. I go there every morning and never have been disrespected like she did tonight. This women has no customer service skills and is ruining your business. This is not the first complaint you received from other customers. This woman needs to be fired!

Thank you,

Joaquin Pérez
