Maybe this store should fire its employees and find ones who actually have better customer service skills. If you wanna be rude to your customers and go out of your way to make them feel uncomfortable, then you MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT belong in customer service. Go find a job that doesn’t involve interactions with other people. Shame on you for not showing any value to your customers. It’s a great way to lose business.

What a lovely store, just a little bit of everything. Very inviting and warm atmosphere, and cookies too. The clerk was very kind and generous with her time in helping find a nice gift for my mother. I will look forward to returning when I am back in the area.

I went to return an item that was purchased there that was defective. I didn’t want my money back, but I couldn’t locate my receipt as it was purchased during the busy holiday season. All I wanted was an exchange or store credit they said sorry, no. I’m a local who has spent a lot of money there. They refused to look up the credit card or assist in any other way. I won’t be returning and I’ll be telling my friends the same. Horrible customer service.

I stopped by with my family, and the moment I walked in the older lady at the register, for whatever reason, looked surprised as she stared at my family, then made a comment to the other sales woman with her and said, “times have changed”. I then asked if the shop was open or if there was a problem because of the exchange I observed.. and they replied with, “I don’t know why you would say that”, as if I didn’t watch the entire thing unfold. We immediately felt uncomfortable and left. It was not welcoming at all.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this store. While shopping with my mom and sister the store clerk followed us around the store making us all uncomfortable. It seemed as though she thought we were going to steal something. We did not have any large bags as this was our first stop of the day. Everything we looked she was right behind us. I would say she was just trying to be helpful however, she did not chat with us or seem interested in helping. There were many other people in the store and she didn’t seem to be following behind them. I was so uncomfortable I made a comment to my mom that I wanted to leave. Not surprisingly the worker was close enough behind that she heard me make the comment and was very quick to act defensive. I truly hope this experience does not happen to anyone else.

Love love love this shop!! Bought some cute socks and a beautiful crystal bracelet. The cashier was outgoing and very friendly! She even gave tips on which side to wear the bracelet to bring in good energy.

Not professional customer service, I purchased a necklace when i opened the necklace was broke. I called and they answered with nasty and rude. They told me that they can’t give my money back. NOT RECOMMENDED THE STORE.
