We had a very comfortable stay. The location was quiet, clean and well stocked in the room with towels and such. We definitely will be using this Super 8 for future adventures!

The front desk employees are very unfriendly to their guests. They look at you suspiciously and unless you start the conversation they won't say hi or good morning. The hotel room is pretty old, the pictures on the website don't reflect it well. The light in the bathroom is really dim, basically you need to keep the light on in the sink area, otherwise, you can't really see well inside the bathroom. The room is pretty clean but it's not super clean. The "breakfast area" is quite small, but given that you can only get coffee and hot water, plus prepackaged danish and a few apples that clearly had seen better days, you quickly realize you better walks less than a block and you have a pretty selection of places ranging from Starbucks to McDonald's. I have to admit that I was very disappointed and I don't intend to stay at this hotel again. However, I have to admit that you don't hear any noise at night and there aren't any bugs.

A well-managed budget hotel/motel. The room was clean. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The staff was courteous.

Due to being a budget hotel, there was a bit of wear-and-tear in the room, and "breakfast" consisted of an apple and a packaged cinnamon roll, but for only $84/night in the Bay Area, I'll take it!

Positive: The price Negative: Ice machine was broken. Bathroom had crumbling walls and peeling enamel in the tub. Mattress was rock hard.

Rooms need serious renewal. People at the reception has bad attitude and low understanding of the concept of service. Beds and linen were clean and cleaning personnel was friendly and helpful. The location is very good, but there are other options in the area that better, for not much more money.

I suppose for the price, it is a reasonable hotel, there was a refrigerator, microwave coffee and lotions etc. The room definitely needs a repaint, and clean up, double sided tape and stuff still on the door. One can tell that the old lock was a lot bigger from the paint remnants. The room could use more light and USB ports, though there were plenty of AC outlets around. Sound proofing could be better as loud conversations, heavy foot steps heard from neighbors. Window curtains had a safety pin which was definitely needed for privacy. Shower mat in tub needs replacement, pluming a bit rusty. There was a nice comforter to sit in but nowhere else, a chair for the desk would have been real nice!

Besides the mouse in our room living under the fridge the room was not bad. It had a strong odor of some kind of cleaning product or air freshener that was overpowering. There were a lot of male visitors in and out of the room next to ours. The woman staying there was very popular and surprisingly active for someone wearing a bathrobe for 3 days straight. Could use some insulation in the walls. Complimentary Z-pack with the coffee and toiletries would be a nice touch...
Besides that and the super tight parking options it's pretty, ok.

Clean room. Everything worked: hairdryer, microwave, fridge, in room coffee. The very small lobby is closed for remodeling, which appears to be done. The breakfast item, is a lunch bag with a juice, an apple and a sweet pastry. But not before 7:30am. Starbucks within a block. There is a Bagel Street Cafe in that same complex as well.
