Has anyone else noticed that they keep trying to sell moldy food? Seriously every time I go there there's moldy food for sale! Does the cartel own this store? A real business man shouldn't try to sell the moldy spoiled food for day and days, letting the mold spread to other products.. Same moldy food not removed for days. Maybe they don't notice. Maybe they don't care or have no idea of the laws in America.

Only have been here about three times before and each time the meat quality was not the best. Tonight I bought some carne asada and it smelt spoiled. Also, seems like I always come on the days when the produce is bad.

En Las carniceria muy deliciosa camarones! Fresh fresh fresh sooo good. Just about every thing you need is right here. Also tamales are nice and hot. Very sweet staff, they are always helpful. If you need veggies they have a vast selection to choose from, stuff you may not find at other markets.

Nobody at cash register and could not comunicate with staff when I did find someone ,I was a little shocked to be honest.

Upon my entrance store looks dark poor lighting lots of lights out. There produce is all wilted old moldy and dry. Lots of merchandise laying around the store not worked. Empty Boxes thrown on top of merchandise. Dirty shelving and displays I would give 1 out of 10 in cleanliness

Just moved to the area exactly a week ago & have visited this place twice now..
First time 2 middle aged ladies were working at the registers along with a gentleman who needed change for a $50 bill apparently..
None of them acknowledged me aside from their dismissive sideways glances-all 3 of them.
Rather than match their bad energy I demonstrated what I learned in 23 years as grocery management, has proved to be good customer service..

I made eye contact, smiled and said hello to each one of them individually. Said thank you at the end of my transaction -which was an obvious inconvenience to them and wished each of them individually a good day.

So as I walked up to the registers today I thought maybe I came in on a bad day last time and today would be better.
So wrong lol..
There was a gentleman running the register who had his back to the customer side, leaning on the scanner talking to a young girl. She let him know there was a customer waiting. He turned around, scanned only one of my 3 items and she had to inform him of so he could correctly ring me up.
He continued to talk with her the whole time and ignored me while I stood there waiting for him to tell me my total. I finally saw it on the screen and started to count out my money. He grabbed the paper money while never breaking his conversation with her or acknowledging me even once.
I placed the change part of my total on the counter, grabbed my items and started to walk out.
FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!
In the form of yelling at me that I still owed .37 cents..🙄
So I yelled back, "It's right in front of u! If u paid any attention to anything while on the clock, you'd be somewhat doing ur job! Have a great day!"
With how shockingly high their prices are, very limited selection, horrible customer service & attitudes.. I'll go a little farther down the road every time, there's zero reason to spend my money here.

Authentic Mexican mini mart. All the real Mexican brands, products, produce, and dry goods you'd need to feel like you're in Mexico! (Also there's a bomb tacaria attached that was so busy they wouldn't take my order one day!

Excellent selection of food and spices! The best tamales in Lake County! Love this place and can't wait to enjoy what their authentic Mexican prepared foods will do to my taste buds!
