Was looking for a new Ram Rebel and since we were treated so well when we bought my wife's Jeep here we came back to see what they had. Spoke with Lane and told him what I was looking for. Even though they didn't have it on their lot he called around and found one at their store in Conway the had everything I wanted and more. He worked with us and got the deal where I wanted it to be. Then Daniel in financing was great too. Didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want or need. He laid out what they could offer and all the prices. Form start to finish everyone was professional and great to work with. I will definitely use them for any future purchases and highly recommend them to anyone wanted to buy a vehicle.

The most simple process we have had yet John balmain and Dennis fletcher made this worth looking and most of all worth buying..start to finish was complete honesty and they are willing to work thru real life choices in ones decision making. so kudos to these guys and thank you for helping us make this happen highly recommend going to see these guys great vehicle selection there as well

We had the best experience with Salesman Jon Balmain. He made sure all our needs were met and that we were treated right. We had just drove 2 hours to see a truck he had posted after being lied to by another dealership so I was already in a mood but he made the day!! He made it very easy and he was comfortable to be around. We have a fleet of vehicles and plan to do all our business with him in the future. Go see Jon!! You will not be disappointed!!

We went in with high hopes of driving out with a new truck with an additional feeling that we would be let down as we were with other car lots BUT to our surprise ... john balmain and Dennis fletcher made our day !!! It literally was the MOST simple and easy process we have had !!! kind and friendly, to the point.. we went in with the idea of what we needed and drove out with what we needed and wanted.. literally won't go anywhere else.. !!! Worked with Steven in sales and he was fantastic! Very personable and went above and beyond to answer any questions and negotiate terms. It took several days to work some things out and Steven was very quick to respond and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Top notch experience with him.
However, due to a VERY unpleasant and condescending experience with a specific Finance Manager, I gladly walked out of the deal. He seemed offended that I asked what rate they were going to offer me (1.5% higher than what I was preapproved for) and then proceeded to verbally downgrade my trade (which was in excellent condition) in an attempt to make me feel that questioning or trying to discuss anything else with him was nothing but a waste of his time and an outright insult. He gave me the firm impression that he wanted me to just shut my mouth and sign whatever he put in front of me. I've never been treated that way in any business transaction in my life. So I left. Steven called me back the next day, apologized profusely, and offered to make it right if I would give them another chance. I came back and worked with a different Finance Manager named Daniel and the experience with him was night and day. Daniel was kind, welcoming, and absolutely amazing to work with. We had a very productive and enjoyable conversation and it could not have ended on a better note. He was fully transparent throughout the entire transaction and made me feel like a welcomed and valuable customer. I even agreed to some things that I originally hoped to negotiate or decline, all because Daniel was so respectful and had an actual conversation with me about it instead of trying to intimidate me like the other guy did. We both ended the transaction by happily agreeing to compromises that worked for both sides. Compromises that, according to the other guy, if they did deals like this "they would have to close their doors". I am thrilled with the final outcome and would recommend Steven and Daniel to anyone I know. Be sure to ask for them specifically for a wonderful experience!

I was able to get exactly what I was looking for! Did preapproval over the phone and when I got there we got right to business! My sales man was Steven Davis and he was awesome! Super nice and friendly and very helpful!
