I’ve bought two trucks from this dealership in the last three years. The first two sales were fine, but after this last experience, I’ll never buy from them again.

I purchased a brand new F-250 Platinum that was delivered to my work. That evening, I found several dents and chipped paint on the hood. I sent photos to the salesman immediately and even showed them proof the damage was visible in the dealership’s own listing photos. That started a long, ridiculous process of delays, excuses, and zero accountability.

After getting ignored repeatedly, I took time off work to get a local PDR estimate ($1,180). They came back and said they’d only pay $1,000—and claimed the fix should only cost $150 anyway. Then they offered to come get the truck to fix it themselves, but never followed through. Week after week, I had to chase them down for updates.

The GM finally told us to get it fixed locally and they’d pay for it—but when I asked for that agreement in writing, he completely ghosted us. We’ve left voicemails, messages, even warned them we’d post this review if they didn’t respond. Still nothing.

If this dealership has any integrity left, they’ll make it right. But based on how they’ve handled this, I won’t hold my breath. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

From a 1⭐️ to a 5⭐️: Superior Ford Went Above and Beyond

I live in Oklahoma, just an hour from Superior Ford. Unfortunately, dealerships in Oklahoma don’t participate in the Ford Parts program, which means I can’t use my Ford Points to purchase parts online and have them shipped to a local dealership. When I received a discount offer from the Ford website, I decided to use my points and have the parts shipped to Superior Ford in Siloam Springs.

Unfortunately, the parts arrived late and damaged.

What I didn’t realize at the time is that the dealership acts merely as a middleman in this process. They don’t receive payment or sales credit for these orders, and they have no direct way to process refunds for parts purchased through the Ford website.

Despite these challenges, the leadership at Superior Ford went above and beyond to make things right for me—even though the purchase didn’t go through them.

I have to give huge kudos to Chris, who personally reached out to resolve the issue. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I’m very grateful for his efforts and for the dealership’s willingness to step up in a situation where they weren’t at fault.

This experience also highlights a significant issue with the Ford Parts and Ford Pass programs. These programs put dealerships in a tough spot with their poor execution, and it’s easy to see why some states refuse to participate.

Thank you, Superior Ford, for turning this situation around. I’m now seriously considering making the drive to Superior for my next Ford purchase!

I purchased an electric vehicle in December and I qualify for the tax credit, but the dealership hasn’t filed anything with the IRS for me to be able to get my tax credit. We have called for two weeks and they keep giving us the run around. We asked about the tax credit when we bought the car and they told us that we just had to contact a tax specialist to get everything filled to get the credit. We currently live 45 minutes from the dealership and one of the times we called they asked us “why we can’t just come in?” This was probably the 10th time we called and whoever we were supposed to speak to was not there. So I would highly recommend not buying an electric vehicle from this dealership. They are trying to keep our tax credit and the GM and sales manager refuse to call us back.
